My husband had the worst experience we have ever had shopping for a suit. We went there to get my husband a suit tailored for him so we could take Anniversary photos. The son of the owner told us he could tailor the suit and get everything done for him the way he needed pants slim and everything for one price and he will have it done in two weeks. We call the day before the our photos needed to be taken to make sure the suit was ready and we were ensured the suit will be done the following day. We get there to get the suit my husband tries on the suit and the pants aren't tailored to fit my husband slim. They were way too big, my husband mentioned this to the owner and he said he fixed it. We go to take the photos and my husband can't even take appropriate photos because his pants kept falling because they were too big like he mentioned. After we get the photos done we take the suit back, my husband tells the owners son that he feels like he lied to him. The owners son then tells my husband that he didn't lie and they don't put the suit price in with the tailoring. The owner steps in and says he will fix it. My husband leaves.When we get home my husband forgot to mention that the sleeves for the suit we also too long. When he calls the owners son is on the phone and tells my husband he doesn't appreciate the way he was talking to him. My husband says what do you mean, the son proceeds to say my husband put words in his mouth and that he never told my husband those things, my husband says he doesn't have a reason to lie about what he was told. The son gets mad and starts yelling at my husband on the phone. My husband then asks to speak with the sons father (the owner). While my husband is trying to explain why he called in the first place the son is in the background yelling that they don't work for my husband. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. We spent our money there so technically you work for the customer. Don't tell a customer you are going to do something that you know you can't. Bottom line you are better off going elsewhere this place is a joke and the customer service is abysmal and you will end up wasting your money and having to find a reputable place to tailor your suit. Don't waste your time.
