I received a bill from the company after paying in full as self pay. I have the signed documents stating I pay d in full and received a discount from the office manager. When I spoke to one of the billing reps I was told they had to figure out if I still have a balance since they don't know if I was given the correct amount on the forms they had me sign.y husband also came in to this office and was told his insurance would not pay for his treatment but when he called back with his insurance on the phone he was informed by the insurance that it is covered. The office is giving out incorrect billing information and taking advantage of the patients in need of treatment. I had a dental emergency since my tooth broke so I paid the amount but after all of these issues, I believe they may have overcharged me and now I even have a bill.

On March 19, 2024, I agreed to have Aspen Dental provide dentures. I signed an agreement electronically authorizing the above purchase to be charged to my Concora Credit Account ending in **************** and I agree to pay the above purchase in accordance with my Concora Credit Account Agreement. I subsequently decided against doing business with Aspen Dental due to bad reviews and the more pressing need for possible knee surgery to both knees. I called Aspen Dental on 25 March cancelling my appointment due to pending travel and my other medical issues. I called Aspen Dental subsequently after receiving a bill from their credit provider, Concora Credit. I asked why I was billed prior to receiving services. The business manager told me hed look into it and call me back. He never did call me back. I want this charge reversed as I am not paying for services never received.

I signed a "treatment agreement only" with Aspen Dental on 1/17/2024. I agreed to pay $641. I started receiving invoices from ************************ for $2200. I never agreed to that amount. I have been going round and round with them about the amount agreed upon. On 4/19/2024, they sent me a contract and my signature is forged. I contacted Aspen Dental to speak to the office manager, ******, who also signed my treatment plan. She is no longer there and I believe she forged my signature. First, ************************ said I was emailed on 1/17/2024 and I checked a box allowing the docusign to fill in my signature. This is a lie. The signature is not a formal docusign print (I do these all day at work). It is obviously a handwritten forged signature. So, I asked them to present the email to me and they could not produce that evidence. Now, they are saying Aspen Dental returned some of the fees for services not used and my new amount is $725. Again, never agreed to that amount. Also, I had 3 insurance benefits paying for my services so if money was returned, I should owe nothing. However, the main issue is fraud and forging my signature.

Aspen Dental stated that the first visit is free and I will not be charged. they stated multiple times that nothing will be billed because it is a complimentary exam for new patients. I never agreed to any charges and asked MULTIPLE times if I will be billed. They lied straight to my face about it. this is the ******, ***** location.a few months I am left with a $31 bill and they charged my dental insurance $280 for the exam.

On 01/02/2024 I had teeth pulled and was told Id have my temporary denture before I left. I didnt receive my temp partial denture until 2 weeks later. I still cant chew with the partial denture. On 03/08/2024 I had scheduled an appointment to get impressions done for my permanent partial denture. I arrived and the office said it was for a soft liner which I didnt schedule. I requested and the office scheduled me for impressions on 04/19/2024. I arrived at my scheduled time and found out they scheduled me for a cleaning which I already had done 2 months ago. Then the office tells me the money for my loan was refunded for the permanent denture because I didnt come in before 04/01/2024 which I had scheduled but they refused to do the impression on 03/08/2024. I have never been able to use my partial. I cant chew with it and now I cant get a permanent denture unless I rerun my credit to get another loan. I have complained to the office many times about not being able to chew with the temporary denture but nothing was done about to remedy the issue.

Went to have some root tips removed. They pulled out more than just root tips that I could had crowns bridge put in told that I was getting a bridge on th left side top even paid 400 more out of pocket but nothing was done to the left other than he went to the right side and pulled teeth on bottom and was going to do a crown but that side would have had a bridge put on later when benefits restarted charged me for teeth that should not had been pulled and nothing else was done canceled all future work. I have a complaint already file with the BBB. The complaint number is Complaint #********. I had told you that I didn't want tovaccept the response from the dental office. Aspen called me and once again made promises that they would call back that has been 2 weeks ago. This company now won't call me back. I tried to go into the bbb website and put in the code you gave me but I suppose it is time sensitive and that code had expired. I didn't know what else to do orher than do another complaint. I had just wanted to send a message to the bbb to let them know that this company is still slow walking a resolution and I can't afford these payments I am now stuck with. They lied about everything. What else can be done?

I am rejecting this response because:   it doesn't say they are going to do anything.  I spoke with them they keep making promises then I hear nothing else back from them.  Unless they give me a refund like they promised me then I will keep rejecting their response.  I provided pictures of the broken partials.  2 were made both broke in the same place.  Mow I am without back teeth and can't eat, I suffer with ulcers in my mouth and on my gums.  I can't afford to go anywhere else because I am having to pay Aspen for the crappy job they did and they billed my insurance and I would have only been responsible for around ****** I still owe them 1200.00.  Please see copy of what I owe from Delta Dental.  I have attached pictures of all what I'm responsible for.  They owe me a refund.

Please see attached explanation of benefits from my insurance.  I do not owe the amount they have charged on my care credit.  I overpaid by almost ******.

Date of Service: August 4 2023 Amount of money paid to Aspen Dental: ******, pre-paid for services 7/24/23 BEFORE pretreatment estimate submitted/received by in network dental insurance company, Delta Dental. Resulting in an overpayment by me.Dispute details: I prepaid for the dental services on 7/24/2023, a pretreatment estimate was submitted to Delta Dental returned 7/31/2023 reflecting the amount I needed to pay per contract. I overpaid for the services scheduled 8/4/2023. Aspen Dental is an in network provider with Delta Dental Ins. Delta Dental paid exactly as stated on the pretreatment estimate. The final payment by Delta Dental was made on 9/20/2023 by ACH (direct deposit) payment and not reflected on my Aspen Dental account as of 10/4/***** 9/26/23 I returned one of my partial denture plates because it didnt fit. I signed an Aspen Dental Denture Money Back Guarantee, stating a refund for the returned denture plate would be refunded within 5 days. No refund has been received. I have found that Aspen Dental was a victim of a cyber security breach in April 2023, therefore resulting in claims/payments and refunds taking ***** days. Here is one article regarding the Ransomware attack.***************************************************************************************************************** total for the overpayment and return of the denture is either ****** or ****** depending on how the ***** deductible is applied to the amount I paid verses the amount the insurance paid. I want the refund due refunded and not in ***** days and my benefits reinstated so that I can get dentures elsewhere
