    I purchased tires with a promise that the price would beat Discount Tires. However, the price submitted to Snap and listed on the receipt was $300 more than the agreed price. When I visited the store on 07/05/2024 to address this $300 overcharge, the associate refused to honor their promise due to the time lapse.If you promise a price lower than Discount Tires, why won't you honor it? Additionally, I was initially misled, being told I did not request run-flat tires, only to discover on my own that they weren't. Now, there's the issue of overpricing.I regret not purchasing tires from a reputable store that stands by its word.

    The customer came in and purchased 4 new tires and chose to use the **** Finance option.  She was informed about the price and was told that run flats would cost her more.  She accepted the tires and the price for them at the time of purchase.  She came back alomst 3 mothns later with the original receipt in hand complaining about the price.  The customer accepted the price of the tires the day of purchase 2 times.  Once with the original paper receipt and again on her phone electronically with the finance company.  There was absolutely no way that she misunderstood the price of the tires.  She came back to the shop (almost 3 months after) and stated that she was making a payment and realized that the price was not what she thought it was.  However this was not her first payment either as the finace company takes out payment after the first month.  ******** also stated she was trying to get it paid off before interest started.  It is my opion that the custemer is just trying to get it paid off quickly and is trying to get us to give her monay back to do so rather than paying for what she originally purchased on finance.  She also threated us with calling in on us if we did not give her money back.  The original price of the tires is also inaccurate.  She did not pay ********* dollars for tires.  I have submitted  both receipts for proof of her acknoledgement both times.  We have not misled this customer or any other customer.  We have been in business for over 40+ years and run a honest transparent business.  She recived a great deal for new tires for her *** X6.  She has had no issues with the performance of the tires.  The only issue that she had was how much she paid for them.  I feel the customer is consufed which is evident even with her complaint.  The evidence is clear as she has multiple receipts and even submitted the wrong price to BBB for the tires.
