In November of 2022, I had reached out to appliance warehouse because we had been renting a ************** from them that had an issue. All previous repairs and requests had been accommodated in a timely fashion up until then. They replaced the washer multiple times (roughly 3 or 4) with non functional replacements. They finally gave us a functional replacement in February of 2023. The billing department had told me Id receive a bill credit for the months I didnt have a functional washer and dryer and that never happened despite my multiple attempts inquiring about it. In July of 2023, I had informed them in advance of my move out date & they scheduled a pickup for after my move out date because thats the earliest date they had. I reiterated to them I would no longer live there and I was told it was noted theyd have to come prior to leasing office closing. The day of the scheduled pickup, the driver contacted me after the closing time of the leasing office and had no clue that the residence was no longer occupied and informed me the pickup had to be rescheduled for the next day. Since then, they have rescheduled multiple times. It is now almost September and *** called every single time theyve rescheduled because the drivers keep coming after the leasing office is closed. Ive been billed twice since then, going on the 3rd time. They have rescheduled the pickup again for 9/7 which is days from today and Ill continue to be billed. I am convinced at this point this is a scam to continue billing me monthly and eventually charge me for the equipment entirely when whats causing the issue is a lack of communication between the billing and pickup departments. I leased the equipment from February of 2021-July of 2023 at ************************* at ****************************************************************************. Everytime I reach back out, it takes over an hour to get someone on the phone and they end up just rescheduling.

The washer and dryer rented from Appliance Warehouse was supposed to have been picked up by the business before our move out date. The company cancelled it and told us they would pick it up later despite being told that we would no longer occupy the unit by that time. Appliance Warehouse assured us they would retrieve the washer and dryer regardless of who lived there. We get a bill a few weeks later to replace the washer and dryer because the apartment complex threw them out, despite our telling the leasing office that Appliance Warehouse was picking them up. There should be no reason we are receiving this bill when we are not at fault and business refuses to send the bill to the apartment complex or take the bill out of our name.

On February 6. 2023 Appliance Warehouse performed a service request on a stackable *************** The servicemen ended up swapping out the old stackable for a new one and in the process they damaged my landlord's railing. I have sent two emails and called the company several times and noone from the "damage department" never returns my call or respond to my emails, but they charge me $59.99 every month. Can you please help me find a resolution to this issue? Thanks

I canceled my service in January 2022 and moved out. I no longer live there and they're still charging me. I need my service canceled and a refund.
