    I first saw this company's advertisement on a truck at The ********** in ********. I called the listed office # ************ after 5 pm, but there was no answer. I phoned other listed # ************ and spoke with ****. We scheduled a free estimate that was honored. I had to follow-up with **** to get the promised estimate; which I later received, along with an invoice for a deposit... of which I paid. I followed up with **** and we agreed on a date for him to come out to make repairs on my door. I reached out to **** by text, then by email at *********************** before the job was to be done in order to confirm it with him; but, I never received a response. **** did not show up to do the job as agreed, nor did he respond to or communicate with me.
