      The issue that I am CONTINOUSLY experiencing with my apartments (ReNew Scotsdale) is that every other day the hot water is being turned off. And I do know that these things will happen from time to time. But it is getting ridiculous..!! And half of the time we are being notified and the other we are not..! I came home after being out of town this weekend and the hot water was STILL off after I was notified that it was only going to be for a couple of hours on this past Thursday..! I just feel this issue needs to be looked into for the simple fact that it is reoccurring MUCH to often now. And I feel that we add tenants should at least be offered hotel vouchers at this point, but instead we are only being offered a slice of pizza..!! If this matter could be looked into as soon at possible I would greatly appreciate..! Ms ******

      I turned in my notice July 2023 and vacated my apartment September 2023. I was told it was a 13 month lease and September would be the last month I was billed. During my stay the pool was always broke or shut down, there were constantly pest issues but I was charged pest control, issues with water being shut off and no hot water due to boiler system issues, doors and windows leaked. Refrigerator and dishwasher was broke and work order was placed but they never came and fixed it. My major complaint is the they just charged my bank account again when I no longer live there and never signed another lease. Upon going to the office and speaking to the manager she said it wasnt her fault because she just got back from vacation. When I asked her for her corporate number she said go ahead and call my corporate office they love me. Then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault they charged me and it would take up to 15 days to get my money back via check. I have no money left in my account to pay my current rent now due to their mistake. They took money that wasnt theirs and they were not authorized to take. They also told me that my final bill on September for utilities was ***** plus a **** fee. They also charged me that again on October 1st for ***** and *****
