  I would leave zero stars if I could. ************************* took 90% of the money under the contract and did not complete the work. The work he did complete was sub par. I signed a contract in March of ****************************************************************** he had no intention of finishing and did not have my money. He still owes ********************** money even though I already paid him. Do not trust this KCR or ************************* with your project.

  Over the course of 30 years and half a dozen homes, I have learned the most valued attributes of General Contractors are: communication, integrity, work ethic and the quality of their subs.***s tagline is Construction Specialist but could easily be Construction Concierge because ************************* is a full-service, make-it-happen, GC. From foundation to framing, floor to ceiling, bathroom ***************** remodels, ******* does everything from add-ons to comprehensive renovations. He took our **** dumpling down to the studs and transformed it into a darling retreat. Heres what made working with ******* and the *** crew a great experienceCOMMUNICATION: Any hour of any ********************** could be reached to answer my questions. I could always count on him to answer the phone or respond to a text and be a sounding board with our questions and ideas. Likewise, ******* would reach out to us for our feedback on design decisions before finalizing plans.INTEGRITY: When ******* says hes going to do something, he does it. When he makes a commitment, he honors it. In an ever-increasing litigious world, this is becoming a rare quality.SUBS: Its no secret that a General Contractor is only as good as his subs and ******* surrounds himself with the best. His **************************, added desperately needed square footage in such a manner that looks as though the home was originally built this way. His roofer did an excellent job of matching 10-yr old shingles. His plumber found a creative solution to our small bathroom situation and his electricians found & corrected some serious wiring issues. ****, his *******, is **************************** of Mineola (Im not exaggerating) & ****, his trim *********, focused on all the little details that make a huge difference to the homeowner.WORK ETHIC: As talented as each of the subs are, it takes the leadership, ************************** of a big-picture project manager, like *******, to bring them all together for a beautiful, finished product.
