    The handling of a customer car is disrespectful. I brought my car in the week of September 13 I picked my car up the week of October 11. My car was with Christian brothers for five weeks three of the week sat in the same place. The month of October Christian Brothers gives back to the community. I took my car in for repair on the heater coil my car now has so many issues. Dashboard isn’t completely on. Not completely put back together as it was no lights in the radio area. Rattling dashboard won’t start multiple issues that I didn’t have before I believe in patiently waiting for the work to be done , because this is the service that they were offering in return, I didn’t receive anything but a car that no longer works, which was a gift from individual who was at the time dying from cancer. The car is in excellent condition so dusty the manager has been a great supervisor over the technician. I feel that maybe, I’m not sure because I’m not a mechanic that job was rushed and there’s areas that were not placed back together properly as they were before and that is my biggest concern is to put the car back as it was I was told that the technician cut into the heater coil so therefore they would replaced it at no charge to me a new heater coil giving me AC and heat but to my understanding now it wasn’t the heater coil, but it was another part which was the evaporator coil. I thought this through for days over a week now deciding if I should say anything or accept it. My friend Susie who purchased this car died after she bought this car and I couldn’t not say nothing from a gift that was given to me that only needed AC repair, but now doesn’t run at all. I’m very disappointed at the technician and his ability not to care for a customer car.
