    If I could leave zero stars I would not only was my caiman dead when it got here when I called about it I got screamed at and was told I can buy another one at cost but they would not be doing anything about it. Absolutely horrible customer service.

    Have purchased dozens of animals over the course of two years; animals are always freakishly healthy, even the ones I fully expect to arrive half dead just from experience with OTHER importers.Always prompt and polite with communication, and does the right thing when orders arrive with issues/DoA due to CoughFedExCough shipping mishaps. Honors store credit, honors refunds, honors replacements. The only "negative" I can say is that he is occasionally so swamped with orders and work that by the time he gets to my order, some of the animals I wanted have already sold out.In all, I'm happy to have found him and hope to keep working with him many years to come.The SUPER HEALTHY state of the animals he sends is truly leagues above any other importer I've found, and that alone is reason enough for them to see my continued business.
