    I took my vehicle here with the transmission light on. The next day when I picked it up, I drove off the the transmission light turned back on so I called back and they had me come back up there to drop my car back off. When they called back they told me it would be $1,200 to fix my car and when I asked what I had already paid for they said it was to attempt to fix the issue. I was with my best friend and her cousin, her cousin told me to get a receipt of my car to keep track of what is always being done to my car because that is important. When we got there the worker ***** was explaining to us what why going on with the car and my ride said can she get a receipt of what was done already? The worker said yes, for on his phone and then the owner pulled around the building and the worker went over to his car and they were talking for a while. The owner hopped out of his car and started approaching his very aggressively, started cussing out my ride the owner and the worker started cussing , yelling, they started acting absurd, I started to fear for my safety. My ride was already back in their vehicle and I was getting into mine. My ride was not going to leave until I was safe and in my car. They punched my rides car, and were screaming. We drove off and the owner got back in his car and started following us. I have been here in the past and I was treated well. I am in complete shock this happened all after asking for a receipt.

    I've been to Total Auto Repair multiple times, they have treat me extremely well and I will go back there again. I stopped by there yesterday at 9am with the ** no working in my truck. I left there at 9:27 with cold **, all for the cost of a couple dinners. This place has awesome reviews on every site I looked at, pretty rare these days. Thanks *****

    The whole sound system was not working on my new used ***** Accord. I brought it by the shop. There was initially an attempt to repair, It was unsuccessful. ***** finally located a replacement satellite/GPS, but it proved to be the wrong one, He reordered and in the process of installing, got the original working!After months of no sound, I was so happy.Rory
