    I used this service to have a pizza delivered while on vacation. The only communication I ever received from the company was an email confirming my password and text messages with delivery updates. Come to find out, I have been paying a monthly subscription fee for nine months. When confronted, the company would not offer a refund. They are out to trap customers in a subscription to fuel their monthly revenue and have no interest in providing even a baseline of communication or customer service. AVOID THIS SERVICE.

    Hello. This is the owner of Warrior Xpress. We have been in business going on seven years now. Our software communicates the status of an order based on the notifications preferences that the customer chooses when creating their account. If communication wasn't to your liking, you should check the settings you created. The subscription service we offer helps customers save money. For this subscription, we give the customer free ********************** on their first order, and a free 30 days on the subscription price of $5.99 per month. The terms of this service clearly state how you save money if you are a frequent customer. You can cancel this service at any time by logging into your account or calling us up to cancel. We don't offer refunds just because you forgot to cancel a service subscription. There are no subscription services that refund a customer for 9 months on the service because the customer forgot to cancel. Good luck getting company to refund that. I have full confidence that we provided the food delivery as you requested. You got free delivery on that order, and you could have cancelled immediately after ordering and we would have never known. I would like other businesses to know to AVOID YOU AS A CUSTOMER!

    This company commits fraud. I placed a delivery order from a restaurant and when it prompted me to leave a tip I selected "I will give driver a cash tip". My order total was ***** on the initial charge and on my order confirmation/receipt. When the driver arrived I left her a $10 tip in CASH. When I looked at my bank statement a few days later the charged was adjusted to $61.69, and I also had another separate charge of $10 from the same company, but only placed one order. The additional $10 charge is still pending so I cannot dispute that yet with my card. I contacted customer support and they said it was an error since the tip was not included on the original email confirmation. I left a cash tip, so why would I want it included on my debit card transaction as well? It is fraud for them add an additional charge/tip on my card that I did not authorize. I wonder how many people they do this to that don't pay close enough attention to their statement. Since the original charge was correct when I placed my order, I would never have known if I didn't go back and look at it again a few days later. FRAUD. Customers beware of using this delivery company.

    5/24/2023 ************, ** This was our first time ordering with them. Our order was supposed to arrive between 6:28-6:44 pm. Our driver contacted us at 7:13 to let ** know that the original driver called in sick, but he was picking our food up at that point. (He was very nice.) I said that I was concerned that it would be cold, but he assured me that it had been under the heat lamps and it would be fine. It arrived at 7:20... everything was cold. We paid $80 for a 14 Pizza and 8 wings and they were cold. I have tried to contact them by phone and on FB messenger to no avail! TERRIBLE experience!

    On 18 Dec 22 Placed a order for a delivery 18 pizza from ****** in ************ ******** input all my info and card number Even had a notification of delivery in 45 mins 1 1/2 hr went by no delivery no notification by my cell phone Waiting to see if charges hit If they do then they will be disputed
