If I could give them no stars I would! We had our foundation repaired previously by them. They claim to have a lifetime warranty on their work which is a lie! They came out and said I needed several ****** redone and to level the rest of my house , bringing it up saying it would be $37,000 and that it would cost me to repair the previous Pilars even though I had a lifetime warranty. I had several different companies come out after them to see what I needed for repair. I even tried to contact Alamo and suggest repairing certain Pilars or half of my house as the previous Pilars were too high per the other companies. They even said the other companies were wrong and they needed to be present when they came to inspect. I even was quoted half the price by another company. When the other company started repairs, several ****** werent even standing straight up and had no purpose under my house so no wonder my foundation was failing. Thank goodness I went with someone else!

We do have a lifetime warranty and in the original visit, we were going to adjust 4 of the ****************************************** 2007 at no charge under the warranty.  However, when inspected, the rest of the foundation that did not have pilings previously installed needed a total of 29 pilings.  We cannot warranty an area of the home where we do not have pilings installed.  This was explained to the customer.  There were also two different options given with 2 different price points.  One of the options was $37,000 (this was an option to tunnel to install the interior pilings), but the other option that was significantly lower at $22,000 was left out of her review.  After getting our recommendations, the customer got a second opinion from another foundation company which was to remove the shims on the existing pilings and let them down.  We told the customer we could do this, however, we would have to charge our time to let them down because those pilings were holding and the rest of the house was falling, and our warranty does not include letting existing piers down when they are holding as they should, but the rest of the house is falling.  There would be no warranty left if we did remove shims and let down the pilings because her home would no longer be sitting on our pilings, it would just be sitting on dirt.  We advised her to get a 3rd party structural engineer to assess the foundation if she did not agree with our findings and we would bid off of the engineer's recommendations.  We did ask to be present during the other foundation repair company's inspection because, no we do not trust every other foundation repair company's opinion which is why we requested a non-biased engineer's assessment.  She did not respond to our requests at all and has now proceeded to leave 1-star reviews on every site she can find.
