    I have been with nomad internet for 5+ years. They use to be amazing! Now, for months theyve overcharged me twice the amount owed, changed my plans and saying I was the one to change them, and put me off when asking for a refund!!! 99% of the time their phones never work, so your stuck messaging them. I will NEVER recommend them until I see a refund and change when it comes to the scamming of accounts. Im now $500+ that theyve overcharged. My $99 plan went to $164 for a YEAR. And since March theyve now charged me $214 a month (they charged me TWICE in march).

Account Overview My agreed monthly rate: $99.99 I did not agree to the Premier or Travel add-ons.***** **** confirmed in our Nov 29, 2024 chat that both add-ons were removed and that I should only be charged $99.99.2. Charges to Dispute I was charged $139.95 on Feb 23, 2025 I was charged $159.85 on Mar 23, 2025 These include unauthorized $25 and $11.99 add-ons I did not agree to.3. Documentation I have chat logs, official receipts, and screenshots.Ive prepared a detailed PDF summary of everything. I can send it to your billing department if needed.4. Nomad Wiki Policy Your own Nomad Wiki clearly states Premier Support is optional and must be selected. I never opted in.That means charging me without consent and is against your own stated policy.What Im Requesting:1. A full refund for all unauthorized charges above $99.99 since November ******. Confirmation in writing that my account will only be charged $99.99/month going forward.3. No add-ons or upgrades applied unless I give written permission.

    This company is ridiculous charging an absurd amount just for the rental of their modem and then another absurd amount to get the service started after you get the modem and then when their website says 100% guarantee refundable within the 14 days they go and claim shipping is not included to be returned and SIM card activation. They are ridiculous. We only got part of our money back $88 out of $109

    Worse experience ever. **************** is the worse. Will not cancel service when asked. Takes money out your acct without permission. Doesnt give credits like promised. Cant talk to a real person or anyone who speaks English. Chat with someone for hours with no resolution to your problems. Never will I ever recommend. I could go on for hours!

    This is the absolute worst service I have ever used. They charged me an arm and a leg to rent a modem and then the service was dismal at best. I have tried so many times to cancel this service and they keep trying to charge my credit card. Even after they have received their modem back and told me they would cancel my service. I would think twice before ever using this company. I have dealt with one incompetent person after another. This company should be ashamed at how they treat their customers. Also, who pays $180 a month for ******************** service. They increased the price without informing me. There are not enough bad words to say about this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! You will be sorry!!!!

    Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!!! I returned my modem well over 2 months ago. I'm still getting charged, and they are still requesting proof I have sent the box back. I have sent written communication to Nomad with an email confirming from their company that they have received the product I mailed back, and yet they still are trying to change me, and requesting proof i have sent it back. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Further, nomad internet texted me a phone number to call. When I called this number, a poor guy answered the phone that is not affiliated with nomad internet. This place is terrible!! Please consider a reputable company for your service needs, thus company is not reputable!!

    Tried cancelling on February 24 2025 while the phone system was down at there company through the chat. They never talked to me about it but looked at my request. Called when the phone lines was back up and running and they said they would have someone call me back. Never did get a call back. Thought they discontinued my Internet and cancelled it because I didn't get billed in February and March 2025. ***** rolls around and I have my new Internet. They took the money out this month and now I'm trying to figure out how to pay my other Internet bill because of them.

    Horrible! I cancelled and they said I didn't. They are pending money today from my account. I had to close my debit card. Been trying to return there modem since February 2025 and just finally got through to them for a shipping label.If I could give them a negative number I would.

    Have been trying to cancel my service for two months now. I was offered an upgrade of a SIM CARD ONLY service, but their portal was down and I couldn't activate anything. The support gave me an EMAIL Address and PASSWORD for someone else to get into my account and my private data!! I asked to cancel and then they said I needed to return a modem I DON'T HAVE or pay $200, plus you can see I don't have inventory assigned to me. This has gone on long enough and they still charging me monthly!!
