    My wife and I purchased a brand new 2022 Ram truck, when it came to check an issue with a steering wheel, they gave me a run around to basically honor the warranty. My truck has less than 22k. Their service department manager is very rude. She even accused me of cursing, when I called before.

    If I could give them negative stars I would .Bought a used certified vehicle They said we give you 4k mile warranty Within 800 miles my vehicle needs a new motor I have to pay out of pocket $4500 of the bill bc they also found the evaporator leaking and air compressor for suspension shot I only put 800 miles in this car not even 40 days old What in the f%%k!!!!I want $4500 and I want it now

    Worst dealership with poor customer service. We brought our truck in and they wouldnt honor the warranty on the lift that we paid almost 4k for from the Dodge dealership. We had to spend our time calling the Dodge dealership we bought it from where they stated everything was still under warranty.Bluebonnet still wouldnt honor it or even put in the time to call Chrysler to confirm our warranty was good. Instead they told us to drive 4 hours away and get it fixed at the Dodge dealership that sold us the truck.

    We purchase a Lemon. After 4 months, the truck already has an engine issue. Not to mention the truck is in the service department and nothing is being done yet. Its been park for weeks now and we cant seem to get someone to tell us when the truck will be worked on. This is ridiculous and frustrating. Dont ever buy from Bluebonnet. No one should go through this. Its been a horrible experience.
