Benjamin Poolscapes (***********************) is absolutely an unprofessional business and person. We entered into our Contract with him on Aug. 11, 2020 for a turn key pool finish, as well as paying extra for a Saltwater Pool System. We ended up with a unfinished Chlorinated Pool that we never asked for. We paid our Contract in FULL as required which fulfilled our obligation and he has never finished our pool and refuses to refund monies for the Salwater System. The pool was never turned key...we had to clean up the mess they left as well as fill in holes that they were suppose to after installing pool pump, never installed our water feature as per Contract nor did he ever come back to clean our Green ****** We have spent monies unnecessarily for chemicals to get our pool in swimming condition. This person is a theif, and a con man, I would urge anybody to stay as far away from this business as possible. I have had other clients of his reach out to me as well, with same issues. He has since blocked any contact with me but I will continue to reach as many people as I possible can to let everyone know what type of Person as well as Business that he runs. As of today's date March 21, 2022 our pool is still not COMPLETE!

We as a business strive to provide prompt service and fulfill all obligations pertaining to the contract our customers sign. I have never been a con man nor pulled any fast ones on my customers. ************ did not want to wait for a salt water system which was on back order due to the covid pandemic causing product issues. She cancelled the salt water system which is a breach of contract that is not entitled to a refund. As far as the waterfall issue, as a good gesture for the patience her and her husband showed, I offered to install a basic water fall custom built by us that she somehow thought meant she could pick a faux rock waterfall off the internet and I would pay close to $800 for it. That was never part of the good gesture I offered the customer. We did not have a chance to come and clean up because ************ asked us not to come back due to not getting her way. If the pool needs to be cleaned we would be happy to do so, but the waterfall online is a no go. Would be happy to build her a basic waterfall but would have to wait until our season slows down as we have many other customers waiting on pools with contracts they understand. The current conditions undertaken in the pool industry have been a challenge and I apologize for a signed contract that was initialed on every page not being fully understood.

I would also like to address the regular chlorination system that was installed. Due to the back order of salt systems at the time, I spent additional money to install the regular system we use for our pools so the ***** would be able to sanitize their new pool while we waiting for product to become available.

I had to block ************ due to the threats she made against my company due to her breach of contract and asking us not to come back. We would be more than happy to get the pool cleaned up move on from this nightmare the covid pandemic created for us.
