The work on our home was very poor and incomplete. The foundation repair left the existing cracks in the walls, and created new cracks. The interior paint job was incomplete. The paint colors were wrong, and paint finishes were incorrect. Most interior doors were left unpainted. Taping and floating job was horrible. There was considerable over spray throughout the house. Sheetrock on garage ceiling was not completed. Rear pebble top patio and sidewalk were dug up for foundation work, and patio section was replaced with plain concrete, (no pebble top); Sections of the sidewalk were dug up and not replaced at all. The carpet was rolled up for foundation work and left that way. We have tried calling him and all we got were delays or excuses or no answer at all for well over two weeks. We're so unhappy with his work, that we don't want him back to finish. We would like a refund as he has been paid in full for this poor workmanship. As we're trying to sell this house, we feel that this work done by this contractor lowers the asking price. We were trying to make the house more attractive, not shell shocked.
