So I took my semi truck a 2012 Peterbuilt to this shop with specific needed repairs on around 6/5/2021 and I was told it would take about a week to get me out of the shop at the latest and well I waited and nothing. 2 weeks later I was informed the *** needed changing and if I would approve repairs, I did. Then was told there was a problem with my ECM computer they asked if I'd agree to repair. I did and now they refuse to respond to my emails they claim they don't have my part and after 15 promise dates they still don't have the truck repaired. Very disrespectful staff, very disappointed with customer treatment. It is 8/5/21 today and the truck is set to not be repaired for another 2 weeks minimum. This is unacceptable and at the end they are gonna charge me a very high amount. This is keeping me from making a living and providing for my family! I am sorry for the delay, I did not receive the first email. Now that I have seen this I am going to have to reach out to the Customer to Identify the ********************** and the Rush dealership it is at. Once I have that information I will investigate this concern and find a resolution.
