    I paid for windshield protection and was told it would prevent cracks. It started with small crack took it back. Was told it wouldn't spread it did almost all way to top. In September was told it if I paid $260.00 would order me windshield and they would put on for free. But it would take 2 to 3 months to come in and it has been well over that time. I have texted to get update or my refund. Now he isn't responding at all. At this time I am not even sure if there was any protection put on my windshield or he even ordered me one. All I want is my refund so I can get my windshield replaced.

    We applied our windshield defender on top of a crack that was already there and ********************** was advised that it may not work because the damage was already there. ********************** stated that she would take her chances. When the damage grew, we offered no warranties due to the pre existing damage, and still offered to help her with replacement. We ordered her replacement and it took the time we mentioned, but what ********************** isn't saying is that her issue was not the windshield more than it was me not accepting her advances for a date. ********************** became persistent and was told on a phone call that we needed to refund her money at which time she stated that she wanted her windshield replaced. I blocked ********************** due to her persistence with having a beer or dinner with me and gave her specific instruction on how to get her refund which she did not do. I have attached a copy of her money order paid in full and at this time do not owe her anything nor did I promise her anything else.
