    Earlier this month I called Texas Air Doctors, as I always do, when our system was malfunctioning. Within three hours, their HVAC technician, ******, was at our home to investigate the problem. It took him about 30 minutes to diagnose that one, or possibly two, problems existed. ****** promised to get the two "potentially" necessary parts ASAP and return.The efficient office staff at TAD was able to find the proper parts (for a fourteen-year-old system) by the next morning and their technician returned. Now for the good part....****** returned at noon the next day and properly installed the less expensive part first to see if that solved the problem. The good news was that the first part change-out did, in fact, solve the issue and he took back the second, much more expensive part.His efficient, practical approach, saved me about $1,400.And.....this is why I call *** and would encourage you to do the same.....!!! ************************
