      If I could give them a zero stares I would. They try anything to not cover your furniture and wont stand by there products.

      I am extremely frustrated with this company. I have been trying to get my recliner fixed since around October 12th, 2024. **** finally came last year and said he couldn't do anything that he would have to submit his findings and the company would call me back with next steps. That never happened. I FINALLY got tired of all the hassle and told them i would report them on here and ****** reviews [cant seem to figure out how to do that one] and i FINALLY got a response with an approved replacement. Well last weekend 4/19, we went and picked out the replacement and was told all was approved and we could purchase another warranty. As bad as i didnt want to fund this ridiculously unprofessional and selfish company, a recliner is not cheap. So we purchased it. We were told that we would be able to pick our recliner up no later than the following Friday but most likely it would be available for pick up on that Tuesday. Yea, as you can imagine, that did NOT happen! I just got off the phone with customer service and they said the credit has not been applied from the warranty. I wouldn't recommend ****** or this warranty company for ANYTHING! I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, angry .... all the negative emotions that come with dealing with a company you purchased a product from and they are absolutely useless and do not care about their customers. In my job, the customers come first, ALWAYS! Be better! The stress i feel from the months of fighting this, almost half a year, is so bad. Over what?!?! A CHAIR!!!!!!!

      I purchased insurance from Protect All for a sectional sofa from Ashley ********** After several years of use, the zipper on the back of the sectional became damaged. When I contacted Protect All, I was informed that the insurance policy did not cover the damage. They stated that I could not prove it wasn't a manufacturing defect or accidental damage from normal use. I requested to speak with a supervisor and spoke with a gentleman named *******. Despite his rudeness, I wanted to get clarity on why the damage was not covered. I would not recommend purchasing this insurance, as I feel it was a waste of my money. I do not feel the company operates in good faith.

      Regarding your claim, damage to zippers are deemed non warranted because the damage type is listed in the Important Exclusion section of the plan. We understand your concerns and can recommend technicians that provide out of pocket services for damages not covered under the plan.

      The repair was on time and very professional. Fixed both of the problems I had with the couch. He even showed me how to fix it myself ( just needed to straighten out some of the metal arms)

      I'm filing a claim against PROTECALL because I bought the extended warranty for an upright recliner chair I bought when the recliner stopped working so when I filed a claim with protectall they denied my claim

      Purchased a new living room sofa and loveseat from **** of *********, ** in late 2023 and was talked into getting the extended warranty with my purchase. Shortly afterwards, one of our reclining sofa seats would no longer retract. Contacted Protect All and was given the # of a service technician to contact and setup an appointment to have repairs completed. However, the number did not work. Contacted Protect All again and they tried as well. It seems as though they do not have an up to date list of service technicians that will provide the work they have been contracted to do in the warranty contract. Now Im still left with a broken reclining sofa and no one to provide a repair for it. Absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND this company would highly entourage everyone to stay away from any furniture company using their services!! This company still has NOT RESOLVED this issue for me.

      Frustrating Experience Lack of ************************************ I had an extremely disappointing experience with ProtectALL by GBS. Their lack of transparency and unacceptable customer service make it difficult to trust their warranties.From the start, there was little to no clear communication about the coverage details and the claims process. When I tried to file a claim, I was met with confusing policies that seemed intentionally vague. Representatives provided conflicting information, and each call resulted in different answers. It felt like they were more interested in avoiding claims than actually helping ************ make matters worse, their customer service is frustratingly unresponsive. Long hold times, unhelpful agents, and dismissive responses made the entire process feel like a waste of time. Instead of assisting me, they constantly redirected me or made excuses for delays.A warranty is supposed to offer peace of mind, but ProtectALL by GBS does the opposite. If you're considering their services, be prepared for a lack of clarity, frustrating customer support, and a battle to get the coverage you paid for. I would not recommend them.

      Would leave 0 stars if I could. This company is a scam. As youll see in many other reviews/complaints, they walk back what is in their paperwork to make money off of consumers without actually completing a service. They are lucky to not have been shut down for fraud at this point! I purchased a $330 5 year protection plan. At first, I was conveniently told our account did not exist until I provided proof of purchase. Then, I was told a tear in our furniture would not be fixed due to the claim being filed after the 30 day window. I asked about other damages to the sectional I could file and was subsequently told that no claims to the piece of furniture would be accepted. Our warranty expires in May of this year and after this encounter they know we will not be repeat customers anyway, so theyre clearly not motivated to take any action, with that in mind. Again, this is barely a business and would be better defined as a scam. I told their service team member on the phone as much and she didnt even deny it or seem surprised when I indicated that Id be leaving an adverse review with BBB - it seems like as a whole the staff is complacent in engaging in fraud.

      Don't waste your money on this garbage warranty. I bought my furniture through ****************** and for additional $500, your furniture can be covered by protectall. Well my couch and dinning chairs were damaged, I called to make a claim, took pictures of the items and I wait for a response and nothing. They say they reached out to me but where are the messages or email because I never received them. Now they tell me that the items damaged are not covered and nothing we can do about it. What a load of $h!+. Literally wasted $500 which does not cover much. Do not purchase warranty with these crooks.

When contact was finally made, you informed the technician that the services were no longer needed. Based on this, your claim was closed.

      Hello. I am not referring to my couch claim. I'm referring to my dinning table chairs. I called to file a claim, submitted photos to a link as I was asked to by the agent, and never heard back regarding my claim. I called last week to see what the status is on my claim and I was told it was denied and closed because I never responded. Why didn't I receive a call or email about my claim being denied. If you were able to reach me for my couch, why couldn't you reach me for my chairs? I never received anything to my email and nerve received a call regarding the chairs; just my couch which I informed you to close the claim.
