      Tried really hard to use fine print to void responsibility for a completely broken couch. This couch was purchased through Ashley ********** already repaired once, and now we're being denied another repair (which happens to be the same couch leg).

      I have used other insurance protection plans that have fully fixed or if couldn't buy out the merchandise(Assurion). Protectall in the beginning was spot on fixed my loveseat recliner in 2023..My loveseat recliner broke again in March 2024, I had numerous techs out the last one ordered 2 parts. In June the last tech came out to install 2 parts ordered from previous tech. 6/26/24: Installed the electrical component and motor, recliner still not working.Tech said we need a switch splitter. He disconnected the splitter and took it with him. The tech dropped the ball on providing the paperwork and by removing the switch splitter from the loveseat Protectall is now saying they cannot proceed and my claim is closed.The switch splitter had to be present on the loveseat providing power for **** to conclude that the electrical component and motor he installed were not the problem. Without power the tech could never have determined that the issue was with the switch splitter. Is it policy to remove non-working parts? It amazes me to think that since March I have been waiting to get my Loveseat recliner fixed that all of a sudden you close the case.If you look at the inconsistencies in information and follow through, it is apparent that Protectall has not provided reliable service, used qualified technicians, and fixed the issue in a timely manner.Thinking it is okay for a customer to be without a loveseat for 8 months of 24 months is crazy.

      STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAM!!!!! This business is a total scam. Have an issue with my couch with the stitching coming apart. They're claiming it's not covered even though the terms and conditions states "for damage to upholstered fabric due to a result of material defect or workmanship. Yet they're saying it's not covered. They could offer me an out of pocket expense. They already got me for $320. I'm not giving them another dollar.
