    *************************** AGREED ON 36 MONTH TERM FOR $228 AND ENDED UP SENDING ME A DOCU SIGN FOR 39 MONTHS $238.36. I DID NOT PAY ATTENTION AND SIGNED IT AS I ALSO DID NOT KNOW ABOUT $125 DOCUMENTATION FEE AND ADDITIONAL TAXES. THIS WAS NEVER MENTIONED TO ME AS A CUSTOMER. IT IS IN THE CONTRACT ON PAGE 3, SECTION 9 BUT NEVER MENTIONED UP FRONT TO MAKE ME AWARE OR I WOULD NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. NOW THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND KEEP SENDING ME TO THE FINANCE COMPANY AND FINANCE COMPANY KEEPS SAYING IT'S A CONTRACT AND IT HAS TO BE PAID. I UNDERSTAND THAT BUT COMPANIES DO NOT DO BUSINESS THIS WAY. I AM SENDING THE **MAILS OF WHAT I AGREED ON AND OBVIOUSLY KONICA MINOLTA SELLS JUST TO SELL WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MIND.

    We have been customers for 20+ years and bought several copier/printers and had them serviced. Back in June of 2020, I received invoices for a service contract renewal that were not typical. I reached out to Konica Minolta multiple times as to what they were and never heard anything. I continued to receive invoices on service that was never performed. I eventually got in contact with an account rep who, for all intents and purposes, gave me the run around for MONTHS and finally told me we were back to square one and there was no resolution and no answers for the invoices. Another branch manager promised to help me and never called me back. I finally was able to find a contact for the service manager and got in touch with him beginning on 6/4/2021. He was very apologetic, included his "team" in his response, according to him, and promised me a solution and said we should not have to pay for services not rendered and that he could help me out. We were very hopeful at this point for a resolution and I explained exactly what we wanted and that we just wanted our service contract to start over and to not be charged for the invoices we received for services not rendered and that they had no explanation for. On 7/26/2021, I had yet to hear back from the service manager. I sent him an email and then he called me and said he would be working on it ASAP. I never heard back. I sent him an email on 3/23/2022 that said we had given them ample time to come up with a solution but we were once again forgotten and neglected and to please stop sending us invoices and cancel all contracts that show up under our account. He acknowledged receipt and nothing else. We are still receiving invoices for the services never rendered as well as new invoices for machines we don't even have anymore. I have all correspondence except for phone calls documented. This has been h*** working with this company and all they had to do was offer a simple solution but instead we got ignored.
