After receiving my car back almost 2 months after taking it in, which is no fault of Norm Reeves, my car is driving worse than when I brought it in. I hit a pot hole and filed an insurance claim and chose to take it to Norm Reeves because I trusted them to take care of my vehicle, seeing that I purchased it from there in 2010 and have been a service customer ever since. They e always taken care of my issues but this time is different. There were issues with my claim because the tech that initially met with the insurance adjuster, told her that nothing was wrong and it was just wear and tear. After speaking with my service advisor ***, he said he was not available to go back with her to inspect the vehicle and that there was some grave/serious miscommunication. Fast forward to finally speaking to my insurance and getting the right front and rear struts approved for repair, I get my car back and it is driving horribly! Just leaving out of the parking lot of Norms, my tire scrapped the inside of the wheel well. I still hear a popping noise from time to time, the whole left side of my car feels like is sitting on the ground and I literally have to drive the freeway because any dip or uneven spots on the streets causes my tire to scrap the wheel well and a terrible sound almost like the left side hit the street! My vehicle sways worse than a boat on water. Its ridiculous. *** tried contacting you all and was told to leave messages which I have done or that they would give them messages. I have yet to hear from anyone. This has been the most horrific time while driving my car to just necessary places. I got a second opinion and the mechanic agreed. Theres no way that a competent tech test drove my car before I picked it up and said that it is ok. ******************* has always been really good but maybe this time he feels his hands are tied because its insurance but this repair is so not acceptable. My car drives worse.
