            SCAM ALERT.. this business uses Groupon as a method to scam people out of money. They swipe the voucher and then refuse service. They also do not have a business email address, clearly to avoid any communication from customers.

            We are a medical faculty that operates under the laws and codes in The United States. We protect our employees and our patients. This patient rudely refused to lawfully sign a medical consent to treat. We hold the right of refusal of service based on unlawful consent to treat. It is standard medical practice to update patient information in their chart. This patient purchased a Groupon and paid Groupon for a voucher. Groupon has already contacted us and will issue her refund. No monies were ever exchanged between this patient and our clinic. The fact that she claims we “scammed” her will be addressed in a court of law. The bottom line to this issue is the nasty behavior of this patient and her unwilling to sign a consent form lawfully under her full capacity to receive treatment.
