      The WPI industries (Waukesha-****** Industries) has been paid $161,159.50 US Dollars plus center point fee with on Progress payments throughout 2023. last payment was on Nov 16, 2023. The business was paid completely before the project project is completed.WPI industries (Waukesha-****** Industries) is committed to provide Commercial 200 KW All Generac Generator with generac Automatic Transfer Switch (***) with warranty with 5 years of service agreement ($124,159.50) and installation of the generator(***) ($31,743.55). For total $161,871.64.The Dispute is that WPI industries(Waukesha-****** Industries)has change its course regarding to Automatic Transfer Switch(***)brought and installed different brand ********* of Automatic Transfer Switch *** despite original agreement despite the our warnings regarding to its compatibility issues. WPI industries(Waukesha-****** Industries)disregarded and did not cooperate to change Automatic Transfer Switch to original agreed generac brand despite so many compatibility issues rosed between Automatic Transfer Switch *** and Generator since its installations. This Automatic Transfer Switch is not working properly with the Generator. WPI industries (Waukesha-****** Industries) Does not comply its legal agreement and obligations we were stated that Automatic Transfer Switch will cost around ten thousand dollars and since its cost they will not change unless we pay extra for it on top of the total project amount.The generator is still is not functioning,There are times generator did not work in the middle of power shortage due to the *** incompatibility, there are times are the generator does not work weekly exercise properly due to the *** incompatibility. As of this morning we had to emergency stop the generator due internal error of *** Automatic Transfer Switch.All our multiple attempts to get WPI to do what they suppose to deliver were all failed. Either this business is reckless or we have been racially profiled to dismiss

      WPI has been actively working with our customer to resolve this issue for several months now.  The customer ordered a Generac generator and Generac transfer, wherein the transfer switch was delayed by our supplier.  In an effort to expedite project completion, WPI ordered a comparable switch from an alternate supplier.  The Supplier ******** Technologies" is an *** that makes a quality product and a vendor we regularly utilize.  Unfortunately, this *** had several issues that our operations group was working through with the manufacturer to repair.  The customer expressed concern that there was a compatibility issue between the Generac generator and ******* *** and demanded we replace it as that was what was originally quoted.  WPI has expressed to the customer on multiple occasions that there is not a compatibility issue, and the switch is brand agnostic (Will work with any generator ***) WPI does not feel the customer has allowed us ample opportunity to make the necessary repairs, nor given the *** an opportunity to send the needed replacement part to make the repair.  As such, WPI has agreed (At its own cost, less *************** fees), to replace the *** with a Generac model.  The switch is being delivered to WPI on 8/30/24.  Upon receipt, WPI will work with the customer to schedule permitting and installation.
