    Hello This complaint is in regards to 2/13 service for *********************. Bcbs explanation of benefits states patient responsibility was $370.82. However mch insisted a $1017.52 payment upfront before the service. I have contact the billing department at least 3 times and each time they keep trying to give me the runaround. They will not allow me to speak with a supervisor or manager and every time i call they make up some amount of time I should have to wait for something to be done. Please refund the overpayment asap.

    MCHS is currently reviewing the account and will reach out directly to the complainant to resolve the dispute. A response to the complainant will be provided on or before May 29, 2024.
