    4/19/2023 Nature of the dispute is they have been told multiple times what they need to do to properly file a claim with our insurance company METLIFE for Dental Visits, they have not resolved this yet and there is no way to get a hold of the Dental offices ***************** to discuss this with them directly, we have been dealing with this for at least 4 months now trying to get them to do their job properly, in order to pull up the account the Date of Birth is 12/17/1963 the name on the Account is ***********************, I ******************* am Filling this complaint for my mother because I am the one who handles these issues for her, I have spoken many times with METLIFE ***************** and they are always very nice and willing to help and even call the dentist office to try and resolve these issues with them, they have had more than 1 claim they have had to tell the dentist office what they need and we got one resolved but still this second one has not been resolved yet, furthermore mother had setup a monthly payment plan with the dentist office to help out with this but since she started having trouble with them not doing their jobs she has not went or made any further appointments and they are still taking money out of her bank account, soon they will find out they no longer can get money out due to the card has been shut off LOL, so since she has not been back and hasnt received services because they havent done their jobs properly if they wish to continue to get money they best get their stuff in order and do what our insurance company asks of them in a timely manner, if the BBB wishes to speak with METLIFE about this please use Reference #********* they should be able to provide any supporting documents for this case, and if they need permissions from my mother to help BBB please have them open a second line and call us, also we will be calling METLIFE Again Monday to have them tell our dentist office againnnn to do their jobs and send the XRAYs or paperwork.

    Yes I would like to inform you that we contacted the METLIFE ***************** and they did get the XRAYs very recently, and I also Contacted the accused *************** I was very kind and courteous with them and I did inform them that a complaint was filed with you folks and for them to tell you this when they respond to you, they said they sent them out on the 31fst of last month, so the insurance company can finally call that battle done, now prior to the dentist office phone conversation mother said she wants her payments back for the last at least 2 months or 3 months, when ever the last time they saw her and she walked out of their office for making her wait so long, this was at the around or close to the end of may, i also told them if they wish to close out this complaint to Get you folks on the phone and explain to you folks why this took so long to have these claims properly filed with the insurance company  and for you to inform me of why, and to Verbally Apologize to my mother with you folks on the phone, and my mother agreed if they do this she will be kind and courteous while accepting their deepest apoligizes and while they tell her they are refunding her money for payments taken when she did not have services done and that we would never step foot in their office again for services, and that they are no longer able to take monthly payments from her card and calling the contract for said services rendered complete or null furthermore.

    Please kindly relay this or notate this to the complaint, like i said I verbally told the lady who was able to take this phone call to relay all of this to the manager.
