    I paid for Next day air when I requested to be sent a check from *************************. The day it was due to be at my house was March 13, 2025. When I checked the status on the *** site it said it was delayed and won't be arriving at my house until March 17, 2025. That is not the next business day. When I called about it I was told I would recieve a call back in an hour. It has been over an hour and I haven't received a call back nor can the agent find where I was suppose to recieve a call back. This is not acceptable considering they are not honoring their guarantee on Next day Air delivery.

    This complaint is with ***. I paid for a very important package to be delivered via overnight express. I paid for the package in Wednesday Nov *******. In the amount of $35.00. The package was supposed to arrive at my home on Friday Nov 15, 2024, per *** tracking information and from what I was told when I paid the fees. It did not arrive that day. It then gave me a new date of Monday November *******. That failed. Then I spoke to a Manager who stated they guarantee me that the package to be delivered on Tuesday by noon on Nov *******. At noon then they guaranteed by 5:00pm. At 6:14pm Manager stated they dont know where package is or who has it. Manager states they are unable to talk to driver caused hes not answering his phone. At 6:15 pm Manager stated they cant located my home address despite having delivered a package to me about 2 weeks ago. I have lived in my home for over 15yrs and had numerous of packages delivered by *** and Fed-ex. I mad the last called at 4:20pm on Tuesday November *******, caused the Manager ***** would call me when package was to be delivered. I have been in the phone for over 2 hours talking with several people with long periods of hold time, just to file a complaint which they are refusing to do. Although I only paid $35 for the service.the contents of the package is valued than $35.00. It is over $500. In speaking with **** Manager states the package have been lost since Friday but they continued to upload misleading information and began to transfer me to *** located outside of the United States such as Gutemala *****.
