      It is one of the most unorganized companies. I came back in November to start donating. After reviewing the educational materials, I asked them at the desk about the tattoo section. I told them I had just had a tattoo recently, so I would have to come back. At that time, they told me that while the educational materials said 6 months , I only had to wait 4 months as that stipulation had been changed. So I said awesome I would see them in 4 months. So no it's April and I come back and I get through the whole screening process, vitals, and get all the way back to the exam room where they then tell me it's still 6 months. I told them that they had told me 120 days, and even in the video they have you watch, it says 4 months for the tattoo. They said they thought it would change, but they still have to go by the old stipulations. I told them they shouldn't be telling people incorrect information based on things that MIGHT happen. All this does is waste people's time and makes this company look unorganized. If they can't even keep information straight on their own requirements, how do you know they are even keeping things safe overall between patients. Any questions you have, they have to ask several different people before you get an answer. No one there knows what they are doing or what the correct peocedures are. I highly suggest avoiding this location. On top of that, they stand around talking like they are in a high school clique and have an attitude when you come in and interrupt their socializing time.

      I go in to donate, you can't get ahold of anyone to find out if you need to bring list of Scripts. I don't have to for OBI or ******************* So I show up for appt early and get told I have to wait to sign in while the staff is standing around doing NOTHING! I wait then sign in and go thru med questions. After all that they want my scripts and dosages. I say I will run home get it and be back in 20 minutes. On way home they call and say sorry, but you will have to reschedule another day. I am like I took off to do this and I can't come another day. I have wasted 2 hours and time off to do this and I can't come back. They said no! I am like your service *****, and hung up. So I get online to reschedule and I can't! When I call to reschedule they say I have been blocked for getting upset with service. And they won't use me! They are a joke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
