    I am so thankful I will be back every year for my birthday November 14th so y'all remember that thank you so much I love my nails and I love my toes I love to polish I love the shape I love everything

    While receiving services at this establishment the nail tech named Veronica scratched my Samsung watch deeply with the electronic nail file. Instead of being apologetic and trying to determine the best way to remedy the situation she immediately got an attitude and started acting like I was trying to steal something from her. When I attempted to talk to the manager he then acted the same way and said he would call the cops. Once he realized his attempt to scare a black female with the threat of calling the cops did not work he THEN proceeded to hostily ask what do I want to remedy the situation. I will no longer be a customer of this establishment. More than my watch being messed up I felt highly disrespected. Material things can be replaced but the way you treat people and make them feel can not. As a customer I should not have been made to feel like I was trying to get over in a situation where the business was in the wrong.
