A bad company to do business with, they do not keep their word about their warranty. Be per paired to take them to court be cause they are not going to repair your transmission correct and when you take your vehicle back to them they act like don`t remember you talking about did I do some work you and looking like they seen a ghost and then they want to get an attitude with you when they are the ones in the wrong and they do not admit they are, so if you want to a bad job and no respect this is what you would get dealing with them no respect. My wife and I are taking them to court so we can sue them. If anyone take their vehicle to them they will be getting screwed big time they are the biggest ripe out people in town.

Pearland Transmission Man 2217 Garden Rd. Pearland TX 77581 Response to Mr. ******** complaint to the BBB At Pearland Transmission Man we stand behind our work and therefore our warranty. We offer one of the best warranties in the business. In the 25 plus years that we’ve been in the transmission business, we have never denied a warranty. Our business depends heavily on the recommendations from customers who have been more than satisfied with our service. In addition to countless customer recommendations, we receive referrals from many independent automotive shops because they trust us to do right by their customers. We have a 4.8 rating on Google. We performed a complete rebuild of the transmission on Mr. ******** vehicle and the transmission was operating perfectly. Mr. ******* picked up his vehicle on April 20, 2022. We have receipts of all the parts that were replaced to rebuild his transmission. On April 26, 2022 Mr. ****** returned stating there were issues with this vehicle. We checked it out and his vehicle had engine trouble. We then explained that the issues he was having needed to be addressed at a shop where they work on engines. After explaining the issues with his car, and the difference between engine problems and transmission problems, it was apparent that he was not satisfied with our explanation. Mr. ****** did not believe our explanation that the problem with his vehicle was not transmission related. We advised him to get the car diagnosed by another automotive shop and if he brought us documentation stating there was a problem with the transmission, we of course would stand behind our warranty. Mr. ******* never came back with any documentation, as we knew would not happen because the transmission we rebuilt was in perfect working order. We never acted like we didn’t remember talking to him as only a week had passed when he came back to demand a refund. We explained the situation several times on the phone and several times in person. We treated Mr. and Mrs. ******* professionally and respectfully at every interaction as we do all our customers. We had hoped and tried to resolve this to his satisfaction but he had already decided otherwise. Sincerely, Charles ******** 2217 Garden Rd. Pearland TX
