    I scheduled a lash appointment for 4/8/2023 there was a deposit of $20 and I paid an extra $110 for the service. Not even 24 hours after the service the lash clumps started falling off, I am now on day 2 and I have almost no lashes on one of my eyes when all Ive been doing is brushing them as the service provider instructed me. I messaged her on 4/9 to let her know and she proceeded to try to blame me on having mascara on my lashes when she never spoke up about it during the service. Lashes are supposed to last 2 weeks and see fall out after the 1st week not 24 hours. I am asking for a full refund of my $130 that she responded its very uncommon for a service provider to give a refund o after a service is provided *********** was provided wrong!
