I placed an order for two pairs of jeans. I received the jeans and they did not fit. Per their instructions I emailed them a picture of the packing slip with the item circled indicating Id like to return them. The only response I got was an email asking me why Id like to return the items. Then they would contact me and give me an address to return the items. On 2/4/24 I placed an order for 3 pair of jeans, spending $136.97.The return policy says you only have 7 days to return anything for a full refund, starting the date of shipping. Their shipping is well over 7 days.None the less. I received the jeans and 2 pair were too big. The return and exchange policy says you can only email them. I sent an email and got an immediate response that stated the recipient rejected my email.I confirmed the email address and sent another email and they rejected my email again. They do not provide a number that I can call and speak to someone. I checked on the support section of their app and it only offers that email address.I want to send the jeans back and I want my money back. They have given false information and the lead people on with false policies and false advertising.Initial Complaint

I bought the refill cartridges for their razor with the replaceable razor head and the first razor out of the box, sliced me several times and gave me razor burn across my entire body. Hello,I have emailed this company (Flamingo) several times (since 11/23/23), and told therm that I have never received the online order I paid for from them. They gave me the email of the ******* who delivered my order, but the ******* sent me a photo their driver took of the address they delivered my package to, and it was the incorrect address, not my address. I informed both the ******* (Piggy Ship) and Flamingo of this delivery error, but neither company has responded to me. I asked Flamingo to either send me the order again, or give me a full refund, because I shouldnt have to pay for an order I never received, especially when the ******* they hired to deliver my package, sent me photographic proof that their driver delivered my package to the wrong address. All I ever receive from Flamingo is a form email, stating that my order was delivered. I cannot seem to get a response now from a live person from Flamingo, just automated email responses. I originally got an email from Flamingo stating that my order was delivered on 11/18/23. After I checked with my apartment manager and neighbors to see if my package was left with them, and I found out that it wasnt, I emailed Flamingo on 11/23/23, and informed them that I did not receive my order. So this has been going on for about 2 months now, and this issue is still not resolved. I spent $147.56 for 4 pairs of jeans I ordered from Flamingo, but have never received, and I already paid my credit card bill for this order. At this point, I do not want these jeans anymore, and I just want a full refund from Flamingo. But they will not respond to me anymore. I uploaded an email from Piggy Ship. that includes the picture their driver took of the address where they dropped my package off. As you can see, the address they show in the picture from the driver is not my address. Can your organization help me with this at all? Please advise. I purchased a pair of jeans on 12/10/2023, on 12/11/2023 they send me the tracking number (which I have), 12/12/2023 the send me an email addressing by the wrong name and giving details about the shipping. Then I track through **** and it tells me the package has left origin country on 12/18/2023. Then on 12/27/2023 I emailed them to let them know I still have not received my product, then again I received another email indicating that someone would get back, which they never did. Then on 12/28/2023 I sent them an email basically telling the s**** and I will never buy from them again. Then on the 29th I emailed them to say I still do not have my jeans, and to please either send me my product or refund me. I placed an order and did not receive all of my order, there are two pairs of jeans missing that I am being charged for and have already started making payments towards the order. The payments are being automatically deducted from my bank account via afterpay starting on December 16, 2023., in the amount of $40.99. Another payment was also deducted December 30, 2023, in the amount of $40.99. The total cost of the order is $163.96. The Flamingo order number is ****************, the afterpay order number is ************. I have contacted Flamingo several times and Afterpay regarding this. Flamingo sent me an email on 12/18/23 stating that the jeans were not included in the package but yet I am still being charged for them, and still have not received the jeans. .The cost for the 2 pair of jeans before any taxes if applicable is $96.98.Initial Complaint

On December 13 2023 @ 10:11pm I placed an order with Flamingo an online retailer and never received a proper confirmation # for my order. Them email just had the subject "about your order" with a picture of the item I purchased. I sent a reply asking for the order# and was told the company didn't have an order with my email address, nor name. The crazy part is I replied to the email they sent me; then said"they didn't have my email on file. I knew at that moment I was scammed. I hope this company is put out of the scamming business soon. It's crazy they're still in business this long. ****** learned. I will never order from another retailer through social media. Thank you for your assistance with taking them down.
