      It’s called Lacks for a reason as they are LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. We spent about 15,000 on new furniture. A couch, a chaise lounge, a marble dinner table and 10 chairs for it, plus two high back chairs and a love seat and a coffee table. The sofa showed up dirty with dirt spots all over the back of it and the chaise lounge as well. The marble table had a chip in it, When we purchase the couch and chaise lounge we were told it was sold as a set. We even double checked before we left as we didn’t see it on our reciept but we did see it on our sales lady note pad that my husband took a picture of to make sure of pricing. The furniture arrives without chaise lounge. We get off phone as delivery guys leave and chaise lounge was NOT INCLUDED AS WE WERE TOLD ON THE SALES FLOOR. and we see dirt all over the backside of the couch. We drive down to the store the next morning and speak with the manager to return it. We decide to purchase chaise lounge as they said the would exchange the couch and table. Chaise lounge shows up with big dirt spot on it. The delivery guy agreed they would exchange it. He said he would have the director Richard call me back that afternoon as he said it must be coming from the manufacturer dirty. Nobody called. I called the next day. On hold for 17 minutes and transferred around I’m told Richard will call me back. I wanted to confirm the replacement of couch again as they called the day before to confirm it, and now they say they have no delivery scheduled for tomorrow to exchange anything! So I have wait again for Richard to call me back! I’m so frustrated! “Lacking” customer service, “Lacking” communication and “Lacking”condition of product and LACKING follow through! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE and if ever there were a store appropriately named Lacks would be it!

      ********* **** *** ********* *** **** Manager for the Lacks Clearance center in pharr very unprofessional!! was called and told they had my parts ready since the end of Jan my couch was taken few days before Christmas it's now mid May saying they don't have the parts for my couch and that it's gonna take months to get the parts because they don't have them! There was also another problem with the other couch before I was accuse or she imply I had them for 6 months already trying to say I messed them up! I'm tired of paying for my couches when I don't even have my couch and the other one is defected also! Also they took the wrong couch and now they say they only have parts for the other couch and not the one they took it's been months 5 months and now they saying they don't have the parts and it's gonna take months! It's just NOT professional and Fair to us since we're still paying for broken couches and when asked if we can trade them they wanted to charge us an extra 1000 dollars!
