    Zero Stars (unfortunate that BBB requires we give reviews at least 1 star - americonstruction, in my opinion, deserves negative stars). I recommend you avoid this company at all costs.Americonstruction took weeks to fail to get me a correct contract to guide the work replacing my roof. When I mistook the roof manufacturer's contract as the americonstruction contract, they let me believe we had a contract and went forward with scheduling work - scheduling that took them months to work out, only for that "work" to end up damaging my attic ventilation. When I tried to work with them to correct the issue, they took over a month to get a pair of guys on my roof who proceeded to make the ventilation both WORSE than the first time AND less fixable. When I got a competent roofer in my attic I discovered that, in addition to doing serious damage to my ventilation, americonstruction had also shattered ********** my opinion, you should not trust this company - based on my experience, I believe they will lie to your face and I also believe they have Zero competence with attic ventilation, a key component of being a decent roofer. My experience has taught me they will happily take $50,000+ from you for the privilege of treating you like an inconvenience and then do irreparable damage to your house.Caveat emptor. If you gotta work with these people, I would get a damned good construction attorney. If you've had them do work on your roof and believe they did a good job, have a ventilation expert verify your belief - I strongly suspect you'll discover they left you a ticking time bomb that you don't know about and, again, I'd get a damned good construction attorney.
