    My house has a new roof!My thanks to ****** ********* and his crew at Kodiak Contracting for a job well done. They were recommended by State Farm Insurance and lived up to expectations, holding my hand the whole way, helping to manage costs, and bringing the project to a successful completion as scheduled and within budget. The house is now more snug than it used to be, as there are not so many odd drafts and cold spots. And I have the satisfaction of an enhanced sense of security, knowing that my house is sound and in good condition for the foreseeable future. And it was cheap at the cost of three months of senior living, which I no longer have to consider.I am content.************************************

    2024 There is nothing redeemable about this contractor AT ALL.****** knowingly lies and has no defense when called on the lying. None of the promises he made were kept. He overcharges but because he promised to have the project done quickly so the property could be sold, I thought I was saving money by not having the carrying cost of the property. ****** me for believing his lies and promises. The rehab took three times longer than promised and longer than any other contractor had indicated the project would take! I waved as my money flew out the window for all the carrying costs.There was zero communication throughout the project. Nothing. ***** No text, no photos, nothing except to ask for $$.The man lacks integrity and the only thing he cares about is increasing his wealth to the detriment of you, your property, and your well-being. Hire at your risk and theft of your checkbook!Have a towel ready to wipe away the slime after engaging with this man.
