    Since 2016, we encountered a persistent leakage issue in the cabinet below the sink. Concerned about potential health implications, especially regarding our frequently used kitchen items, I promptly reported the matter to the office. Despite repeated quick fixes, the issue remains unresolved to this day. Consequently, I have been diligently cleaning the area to safeguard our well-being, every alternate day. In december, the sprinkler in the apt above us broke, also sending water leaking into our walls and ceilings.In April, I discovered mold growing in the cabinet. I promptly reported the issue to the office on Tuesday April 25th. However, despite being informed about the problem, no maintenance staff was sent to address it for the rest of the week. This was life threatening as I'm diabetic, and have heart problems. My son had multiple surgeries this year, posing a risk of an infection. As the days passed, the mold continued to spread, exacerbating the urgency of the matter. To escalate the situation, my husband took pictures and sent an email to the office on the 28th. The following Monday the 1st, an office staff member finally arrived and claimed that we were negligent in not reporting the mold earlier. They imposed a $3823 fine subsequently. We informed the office that the initial mold was negligible, and prompt action could have prevented its significant growth. They attributed the lack of service to not submitting a request through the portal. However, we have reported issues over the phone throughout the six years, which were promptly addressed. We would have logged a case if there had been no assurance of resolution. The rep acknowledged they dropped the ball on this one, but we should be proactive and not dwell in the past, ie pay the fee. However, one of our neighbors reported a similar issue, and her leakage was fixed promptly. ************ was negligent in handling the leakage issues, delayed the removal of the mold, and endangedered our health.

    Management has reached the past resident regarding this issue. The matter of this situation has moved to legal, all issues have been addressed with both parties.
