I took my car in on June of 2022 so they can have it repair and after 8 month the owner called me saying it was ready I paid him ***** dollars but the car only work from his shop to my house so I called him back and he came to pick it up again I didn't think it was fair that in the first place he took way too long to fix it and in less than 8hrs my car didn't end up working so after he took it back he then said that in 3 days he will have it ready so I gave him another chance but then 2 more weeks passed and nothing so I called my bank to get my money back because I don't think it's fair that now he had my money and my car as well but then a** soon as he notice the bank too away the money he called me again saying that why did I cancelled the payment and I'm like well I don't have my car and we'll I need my money so he said the car is ready and you can come pick up the next day so then I ended calling back my bank so they can return him the money and so my bank did but they next day when I went to pick up my car he said oh sorry it's still not ready I'm lol how you told me it was ready so no another 2 weeks have gone by and he still hasn't giving me my car and he kept my money but he says he doesn't have the money but I have my bank statements we're it shows the payment went back to him.. I really need y'all's help to get this resolved I'm without a car and without my money I don't now what else to do
