      I submitted 4 comic books for professional grading and encapsulation on July 25th. They were signed for by an associate of Beckett media on July 29th. The books have subsequently been lost, or misplaced, as I opted for a 2 day turnaround time. I have tried calling and emailing at least a dozen times to no avail. The **************** line is outsourced to *****, so there is no realistic way for them to locate my books from there. Cbcs/Beckett is based in *****, and is where the books were sent.I can provide tracking to verify the books were signed for on July 29th.

      On 1-23-2021 I submitted 10 sports cards to Beckett Grading Services for grading. I chose to use economy processing which was to take 3-4 months to complete, according to the order form from their website. In May of 2021 I called the company and was told that the process now takes 6-8 months. I called back in August of 2021 and was told it was **** months. I emailed them last week to check the status of my order and was told that it was now going to take 12+ months. I emailed the company for documentation purposes. I advised them that they originally told me 3-4 months and this is significantly longer then they stated when the items were submitted. I asked for a discount for the long wait and was denied. I sked if I can get them graded as soon as possible and was told that they are in "good hands." I just want my submissions graded as soon as possible. If I didn't pay a bill for 12+ months, it would be sent to collections well before 12 months and would have to pay more money

      I purchased a ***** ******* rookie card over 20 years ago for $400 for my son when he was born. I was planning giving it to him when he was an adult. My son suggested to for me to get it graded. I decided to use Beckett Grading card services. I sent the card certified mail requiring a Beckett signature on 8/18/2021. I received an email on 8/23 stating that the card is rated 5.5. I never received my card back. I sent and email and called on 8/27 ticket # XXXXX. Alan ***** is the point of contact for my card. It has been over three weeks I call and tried to escalate to Alan's manager, but no one is getting back to me with any updates. They don't seem to care that I never received my card.

      On August 6, 2021, I confirmed through my UPS tracking number 1Z93E7FXXXXXXXXXXX, that the Respondent-Beckett Grading Services received 4 baseball cards valued at or around $2000 dollars. I paid the business $552 dollars for their premium service which they represented would be completed within 10-15 days. Furthermore, at this time allegedly due to Covid-19 the only option they offer is PREMIUM. Company did not offer resolution."Beckett Grading Services will provide collectors with the finest, most thorough, consistent and accurate grading efforts available in the Industry." "All turnaround time represent the business days which cards are in our possession at the Beckett Grading Services facility (time in transit, weekends and holidays are excluded) and begin the first business day after your order is received." Dispute-I requested my cases be returned and partial refund for lack of svc, & to be compensated for the stress endured as Respondent failed to confirm receipt of items.

      Hello,I contacted Beckett in 2020 to have them grade my trading cards. I sent two order forms for different grading services per their request, which I shipped in July of 2020 via **** in ONE shipment/box. Beckett processed one of the orders and finally shipped it back last month in July of 2021 (one year later). They're telling me my other order is nowhere to be found even though it was in the same box, presumably they lost it or it was stolen. This is the status of the orders:**** Registered Mail Tracking #: RF352920679US Submission #******: 17 card non-gaming order. This was processed/shipped back to me July 2021. Submission #******: One card gaming order. This is the problem order. Their team says they don't have my card, & refuses to explain how to file a liability claim, & put me in contact with their management. They also said they video record unboxing of shipments, but refused to show video surveillance. I need this resolved! See attachments too.

      I sent two separate orders of cards to Beckett in November of 2020. The orders were received on 11/18/2020 and 11/23/2020. At the time the orders were sent and received there was an estimated turnaround time of "Approximately 4+ months" which I understood because at the time the trading card industry was rising in popularity and many people were submitting cards to be graded. Beckett has multiple levels of service, where if you pay them more then they will work on your order faster. What became a problem was as Beckett received more orders than they could handle, and instead of working to fulfill what they had already promised to other customers and closing new submissions so they could do so, they decided to close out the less expensive services all together, and leave open the expensive premium options with the quickest turnaround time. Even now as I have waited over 9 months for my order, the two services available have turn around times of 10-15 days and 30-45 days respectively.

      Submited a sports card for grading with a 45 day turn around that arrived on May 17th. Obviously the deadline is well passed and I am unable to get in contact with any sort of supervisor on when my item may actually be returned to me.

      I sent 2 cards to Beckett grading September 2020 and purchased insurance on the cards for 1000 each declared value after grading. We received the package on End of May 2021 and there was only one card in the box. The box was completely sealed and had not been tampered with. I have made more than 10 attempts to get compensated for the missing card. There was a claim opened with FedEx from Beckett as they were the shippers and the claim was denied due to Beckett not being able to show proof that they shipped the card. They are saying they will refund the 122 dollars that was paid for the grading service of the 2 cards. I have yet to here any follow up from Beckett and would like to be given the 1000 dollars that was declared value after grading. The card is currently worth up to 1500. I believe one of their employees stole the card and Beckett has failed to compensate me for this card that not only had monetary value but Sentimental value which can not be replaced.

      Sent my husband's signed **** jersey to be authenticated. Keep in mind that my husband met him in person at the **** store signing event at the ***************** in ********** and had the jersey signed. I wanted it authenticated for his birthday. To have the authenticator come back and say that it is not his signature is absurd. He just wanted the authenticated sticker from Beckett on it b/c of the additional value it puts on the jersey. We would not have sent the jersey for authentication and paid that much money if we knew it was a fake, and as stated, my husband met him in person and had it signed. This is deceptive advertising and feels like we have been defrauded against.
