      Facilities are broken down and do not provide the product they are selling. None of the vacuums work and the wash left to residue on the car because the rinse cycle was not working.

      I had a little different situation happen. My business was called out for a troubleshoot with their equipment at the South Jordan, Ut location. The maintenance person, ****** accepted my terms of payment ( due on receipt at the time of service with a CC) and asked us to help them. We showed up on time and when asked for payment he said they shut his card off that morning and put a hold on spending. It took us weeks to get paid for an invoice under $300. We finally got paid by ** and then they immediately did a chargeback to take their money back. DONT GO NEAR THIS PLACE.

      Went to wash jeep and the employee ask me what I wanted to do and all I wanted wash a regular wash for ***** and he signed me up for membership without telling me and got charged on credit card. I have talked to 2 guys and sent them what they asked for to show charges. Since the beginning of 2025 all I get is we sent the information to main office but no refund!

      False statement by employee. False statement by ***, have email to back this up. Claimed they would refund the $25.00 that they took out of my bank account on 11/12/2024, instead they took out another $25.00 from my bank account on 12/10/2024.

      They had an employee, walk up to me as I was completing my transaction and in a VERY pushy way took over the remainder of my order. He then signed me up WITHOUT permission for a membership and they have been taking $45 from me EVER SINCE JUNE. No one answers their call lines and I am disputing the charges and if I don't get a refund I am calling the police to report CC fraud.

      Fraud! They began billing me monthly for a subscription membership for which I did not enroll. I believe this all started after giving my credit card for a groupon.

      I cancelled my membership in July of 2023. I have a written confirmation that the membership was cancelled as requested. Then in April 2024, they started billing my account $45.00 per month, after a $10.00 payment was made, ( Which I did not make a payment. For what?) They will not provide proof of that, nor will they refund me, even though they are committing fraud. From the looks of the string of comments, it appears that a Class Action Law Suit may be in order, to stop them form this illegal behavior. They do not take cash and I would imagine that is because they want your debit card information to bill you monthly without your permission. Consider reaching out to your bank and file for a "Charge Back". If your debit card/credit card, that is being charged is issued by Visa or Mastercard, this may be a viable option to get some or all your money back. That is my next move. If that doesn't work, then I will be seeking legal action!

      The high pressure of this car wash cracked my windshield necessitating an 885.00 repair on my part. There were no cracks, chips, spider cracks, nothing on my windshield prior to entering the car wash as confirmed by the attendant who reviewed my car and took payment before entering the car wash. When filing the claim with the attendant immediately after, he stated there was nothing on my windshield prior to the car wash. Management took almost two weeks to respond to my claim and only after I followed up. They then said my windshield was damaged prior to entering the car wash. This is a dishonest business who does not stand behind their product.

      Waste of money, Trash wash, vacuums hardly work, service is terrible and it's a hassle to cancel your membership. I had two vehicles that I thought were canceled, but they only canceled one and not only continued to charge me for 7 months, they charged me the same price for one that I was paying for two vehicles. And on top of that they refused to issue me a refund because I didn't cancel according to their policy. But it was their fault it wasn't canceled in the 1st place

      In March 2024 my car was damaged while inside the car wash. It was witnessed by the manager and he instructed me to file a claim with corporate. The claim was immediately filed and they accepted responsibility and requested I get 2 estimates for repairs. After submitting the estimates Zips accepted the lesser of the two, had me sign some DocuSign forms and stated I would receive a check within 4-8 weeks. 8 weeks came and went and no check. After inquiring again I was told they mistakenly sent it to the wrong address. And would resend the check in another 4-8 weeks. 8 more weeks came and went and no check. After several more inquiries with no response I was asked to stop inquiring. That is the last I have heard. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. And I would definitely not recommend using them.
