      I took the Adult CPR and First Aid courses on 6/20/2024. I paid it thru company's credit card. The site does not have any option to print out the certificates and invoices. I am running out of time in pursuing an assistance to send the link to print invoices and certificates. My company needs the certificates and invoices today as part of our Plan of Correction. I have been sending them emails and fax to help but no one contacted me. They do not put their contact number in their site which you can obviously do not want to address customer's complaints. There is no option to even print the invoices. I think AA of CPR and First Aid are just reckless and trying to scam more little dollar to get a printed certificate and an invoice.

      We have addressed the query from "*********************" regarding the download of her certification on Support Ticket #******. The ticket was raised from the email address ******************** where "*********************" paid for the certification for passing the Adult CPR exam.

      Upon investigation, we did not find any First Aid Certification purchased under this account. However, we discovered that "*********************" has created two separate accounts with us using different email addresses:
      ******************* - Adult CPR Certification was purchased under this account.
      ****************** - First Aid Certification was purchased under this account.

      This discrepancy is the reason "*********************" is unable to see the First Aid Certification under the email address *******************.
      For your reference, we have attached both certificates for which "*********************" has paid.

      We have also emailed same certificates to "*********************"

      I purchased an online course for CPR recertification. After finishing the course I realized the course name was misleading and I did not have the course I needed to satisfy my requirements. I then took the correct course and paid again. I emailed explaining the situation and I initially they said they would refund or change the incorrect course to the correct one. I told them I wanted the refund. Since then they have to stopped trying to help. I have asked for a manager to call me, but that request was ignored by them. The $19.99 for the incorrect course needs to be refunded. It was a simple mistake that should have already been corrected before getting to this point. Also, they did try to say that I didn't purchase two courses, even after I sent the receipts ok and sent them the charges on my credit card. I attached all of those screen shots to this complaint.

I did get the refund, but not without a hassle from this company. They kept closing my case, they refused to let me speak to a manager, and just kept talking in circles. I had to use the BBB and tell them I am disputing the charge with my credit card company so they would actually listen to what I was telling them. It is the last time I'm using their services. Actually as per email communication we got bit confused by understanding you need to swipe the courses because you have purchased wrong one. In actual if this things happens we just check whether or not person passed ******* course which he/she actually needed. If yes then we can swipe under the same invoice with out any extra payment. But you paid for another course as well so we didn't had any swipe option other than Refunding first transaction so after billing department approval we have issued your refund. Once again sorry for the inconvenience, if you have any more questions or queries please contact directly at *******@aacprfirstaid.com we will replay you back.

      I have paid 14.99 and have not received any cards, now there asking for 5.99 plus tax for replacement cards again it was there mistake in not sending the cards at all, even after they made a mistake in spelling my name

If you need your certification to be mailed then you need to pay for "Replacement Card/Mail" where you can select all the certifications to be mailed, please find detailed pricing information below : First - Wallet card in mail = $5.99 and any additional wallet card in mail cost = $0.99 First - Wall certificate in mail = $6.99 and any additional wall certifications by mail = $1.99 Both Wallet card and Wall certificate in mail = $7.99 Once user made payment has been processed then we would send your certification by mail. As we can see you have paid $14.99 (05/15/2022) and $5.99 (05/26/2022) for certificate replacement. So according to 26th MAY 2022, transaction we have already processed your certificates By Mail.
