    On 7/17/2023 I reached out to Credit Pro to help facilitate paying off debtors (I was in the hospital for 7 months and was in collections due to loans not being paid for that duration of time). They agreed to take payment on the promise of removing the debt. It has been a year, I've paid them $6,000, and still am getting letters from debtors for the same debts. I asked for a refund and they told me it would take up to 6 months due to the amounts owed. It's been a year.This company is a scam. Nothing happens but you lose money and still have the debt owed.

    This all started on November 11th 2023, I called a number on Credit Karma thinking I was calling the creditor to pay off the bad debt amount and got this company called "Credit Ready Pro" instead. They stated that they could help me to correct my credit and help get my score higher within 45 days. So, I paid the ******* and they stated they would get started in correcting my credit. As time went on I saw nothing changing AT ALL! They asked me to send pictures from Credit Karma to show them nothing had changed, so I did. After waiting 2 months and no change I called them back and asked for a refund as my credit score had not changed AT ALL AND NOTHING HAD COME OFF MY CREDIT AND I STATED TO THEMI HAD MORE COME OFF MY CREDIT WITH ME DOING THE WORK MYSELF FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS. ******, the woman on my case stated I had to wait 120 days now for any change. Then she could give me a refund if no change. So I waited until then and still no change so I asked for a refund. She processed it for me and I had to wait 3 to five business days for it to deposit, so I waited as she asked but still no money. Then she said it could take up to 10 business, so i waited 12 business days and still no money. I called ****** back and asked what the issue was and she looked to see what was going on and she said it was pending on her end to be deposited so I asked for he to send me the info from her bank and she send a picture of where it shows it is pending but there's nothing she can do but then she told me to call my bank and my bank said there's nothing they can do and she is saying there's nothing she can do. This business needs to be put out of business as they don't provide the services they advertise they can do.
