      I needed 3) 5x7 SANTA ****** rugs, item# E255 @ $129.99 per ********** it claimed only 2 in stock.I Called STORE#****************, **. Employee claimed zero in stock. I drove there & saw at minimum 6-10 on the shelves.I purchased 3:$389.97 ***** sales tax $413.37 I have not had them 5 ************ have frayed & material is fuzzy. They look awful. Unfortunately, I do not have original packaging.I have called store multiple times & each time the system is not working, This is utter unprofessional nonsense!!!!!!!!!AVOID AT HOME, is my suggestion

      Love shopping at home but we left a clock we had purchased went back to get it and the cashier was rude I had my receipt they acted like at first they didnt want to give it to me not sure what that was about!!

      I placed an order of a couch for next day delivery and paid the fee. The delivery window came and went yet I received no updates. I have contacted the store, At home support (which only has email and takes a long time to respond), roadie support (their sketchy delivery partner), and the delivery driver, everyone says they don't have the item. This is unacceptable for a national brand I have never had to question ****** where my package is. DO NOT place an order with At home online someone may run off with your order and they may try to blame you for it!

      I was at the Polaris location trying to buy multiple canvas wall art pictures. I went to check out, I was told a few of my items that were marked down on a hand written sticker AND a 50%-75% stickers that they were in fact, not on sale. Mind you, there was multiple pictures of the same thing, marked down. THEN, 2 items I attempted to buy (also marked down) I was told Im not allowed to buy the items because they are overstock. Seriously, is that a joke??! The lady was so rude about it too. Once again, there were multiples out on the floor to buy. I wasnt even allowed to speak to a manager.

      While I really like the store, can you NOT put stickers on glass? Impossible to remove the adhesive residue!

      I tried to place an order 3 times - charged my card all three times, first time they didn't have a product except for a display model, so I declined the purchase, they still charged my card. I tried to order from a 2nd store with the same card, went through on my card but they didn't receive the order, tried it again with another card, again the charge went through but no order was placed. I called the store, no help, the "chat" was only a bot, and the only other option was to send them an email. I will never shop at this store again.

      I placed an order for same day delivery from the *********, ** store, with a $10 delivery fee. Store is closing in 10 minutes and email shows my items have not even been picked up yet and no one has answered the phone at the store. I have been calling for close to 5 hours.

      I don't understand the bad reviews! I LOVE the store!! They have a huge variety of everything and everything is of high quality. I could spend hours and hours in there.

      Wish i could give this a 0. Went to look at their outdoor ********* burner. They were all cracked and chipped. So we decided to walk away. While we were there, we wanted to pricee their carpet rolls. Found one in clearance that would fit the space, had our colors and"bonus"had a clearance sticker for 25% off.Took it to the front, it rang at full price, i pointed out the clearance sticker and noted the location we picked it up as there were multiple rolls with same pattern with 25%off. Cashier pulled the clearance sticker, told us it was full price. I offered to show her the bin, she just asked if i wanted it. I refused unless the correct price was offered. She dismissed me and the carpet was removed. O K First and last time i will walk into that place! Rude and unprofessional!Honor your prices!
