      Hello. I contacted Stream Energy on 10/18/24 to start new service. I have been calling them every day, with the same "we have nothing in the system for you, and please give us one to two business days to resolve the issue." I have provided them with my US passport and my social, and still nothing. As I am typing this on 10/29/24 at 4:46pm cst, I am getting the same thing. They have cost me money and delayed my move in ******* this point, I think the agents are a scam, and I would like to be assured that my personal information has not been leaked. Please tell me how long it gets to set up the electric service. At this point, I would like a personal apology and be compensated for the money they have cost me regarding the incompetency. I mean this is ridiculous!!Worst company ever, please do not contact them for your energy provider, please!!! I had to select a star for rating but honestly, they get a negative one.

      Not Worth Your Time Or Effort. They Will Constantly Hit You With **************** Whenever They Can. No Actual Customer **********************, STAY AWAY FROM LONG TERM CONTRACTS!

      Stay away they will rob you I am trying to cancel my services and they are taking money from me left and right. I only have heat with them. Final bill for eight days no usage and they charged me $32.18. Took them 21 days to cash my previous check and they charged a $10.00 late fee. Stay away from Stream unless you just like to hand out money for nothing.

      WORST COMPANY EVER!! I relocated and my apt is 575 sq feet. Every bill was $300 or more for electricity! I AM RARELY home! I have 2 jobs. Switched companies and my bills have been less than $90 each time! And then they have the nerve to send me a FINAL NOTICE saying I owe $700. I will be making a formal complaint with the ************************** FRUAD FRUAD FRAUD!! This company is a TOTAL SCAM!! RUN AND RUN FAST!! They should be out of business!!

      I have been a customer for years and decided to try average billing. I decided to leave and I got hit with a $657.52 bill to pay on Feb 2, received the bill on Jan 22. I'm like this is freaking outrageous...I can see paying the early termination fee but it's an adjustment fee. .. wow.. I will never go back to this company nor recommend u all to anyone! This is just crazy!!

      I just got told by agent i would be charged disconnect service charge although i just made a payment because the notice would be generated today although i made payment today. Their fees are ridiculous!

      This is the worst electricity company I have ever dealt with, they will lie to you about additional savings while signing you up for things you didn't ask for. Their average billing is a complete scam my final bill was $1,200 after switching to another company. I will be reporting them the ****************** for fraud.

      This is by far the worse electric provider in *******. They have cancelled my services on two separate occasions before the due date. My service gets disconnected and I have to pay more to have it turned back on. If they're doing this to me, there doing this to other people as well. Unethical, unprofessional and unlawful people who know exactly what they are doing; turning off services before they're due and making people pay more to have it restored.

      Ive been with this company for over 10 years all I needed was an extension until 6 September they are so unconsidering they want to charge you for an extension now and it used to not be like that they dont care that my family would be in the heat and would have died I would suggest no one take this company they have no compassion theyre only concerned about money

      Stream energy is HORRIBLE don't ever do business with them. The customer ********************** is horrible and they are clueless how to help you on your account
