      FALSE ADVERTSING!! Frito Lay DOES NOT honor their money back guarantee as stated and printed on ALL the packaging of their Frito Lay chips. I have called, emailed, text, IM'd on social media dozens of times to Frito Lay and Pepsi Co to invoke the money back "GUARANTEED FRESH ... or this snack is on us" printed on the bag. Paid $10.69 at Walmart for UPC: XXXXXXXXXXXX AcBP13340101 JAN25 2022 Family Fun Mix 18 Variety pack chips, but the product was NOT fresh and tasted funny even though opened before freshness date printed on bag &(JAN 25 2022). Called 800-352-4477 several times and on hold for several minutes, and when its answered the phone disconnects when a number is pressed. I have filled out numerous webforms and sent emails to them over the past three months, and they have not responded to attempts to chat on FB and Twitter either. I want the purchased price of $10.69 refunded and money back guarantee honored as displayed on their websites!

      Frito-Lay have forced their employees to work over time and decided not to pay them. It's like total slave labor. They need to fix the payroll issues or there will be lawsuits. They treat their employees like slaves.

      Hello, I won a prize in the Frito Lay/Pepsi "Let's Summer!" sweepstakes on Wed, June 9th, 2021, at 9:56am. The prize was a 10.00 gift card to Spotify. In the attached confirmation email, it says that I should expect to receive my prize within 8-10 weeks after the promotion conclusion. I have not received my prize. I have contacted them 4 times, the latest being Jan. 24, 2021, and I have attached my inquiry to PrizeLogic as well. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM, EVER. Can you help me get this delivered to me please? I have been unsuccessful. Thank you.

      STORE ID (CIS #) ************************ I have a small vending company and went to www.fls2u.com to sign-up for Frito-Lay snacks to be delivered to our commercial address for deliveries. Because we are a small vending machine company and have no store-front we use the *** store which we have a contract with. The *** store can take all deliveries for ** as long as they are shipped by *** to the *** store and they are shipped to our company name (YOUR ONLINE STORE ***** FritoLay (www.fls2u.com website ONLY ships *** so this would workout perfectly. We were requested to submit our Certificate of Authority from the ************** ********************. The *** store address is on this Certificate of Authority and has been uploaded to our account. We were then asked what volume we might have down the road. We are hoping for a big volume down the road to sell as much Frito-Lay products as we can because we are selling *** brands and using Amazon for our Frito-Lay snack items, like Lays Chips, Cheetos, Smartfood, Doritos and Fritos, they ship Amazon Business Prime so they ship 2 days. We the spoke with ********* at (fls2u.com) manager and are then told to sign-up with a local distributor that our volume would be to high which is weird and she would set this up for us. We never heard from her. Local distributors need minimum order of $1,500.00 and want CASH upfront, they tend to never have what we need and they take over a week to make a delivery. Plus to pay this much CASH would intrude on our CASH FLOW which is very important for a small business. www.fls2u.com takes credit cards and this would work-out perfectly. We could just order 48 bags of Munchos once a week totaling 192 bags We could just order 16 bags of ********'s once a week totaling 64 bags We agree to just buy these two items and continue to use Amazon for other Frito-Lays items and this would keep our volume low. We are a valid corporation in the ***************** and our account is blocked bbb.org help us.

      I recently gave my two notice of termination of employment at Frito Lay, North America after 17 years of employment. I have reached out to Human Resources regarding earned vacation pay benefits and accrued money owed for the year of 2021 and no one will answer my requests. With business compliance and records likely available online, Frito Lay has yet to notify me of said information and benefits that I may still be covered under. I feel Frito Lay is intentionally ignoring my attempts at attaining such information in efforts of retaliation and revenge. Therefore, I have been locked out of most business applications maybe in an effort to prevent knowledge that could be useful for obtaining certain rights and or benefits under their current work policies. I would like an investigation regarding my disconnect from access to company benefits and owed monetary values.
