1 starOur furnace broke down over 2 weeks ago, still winter. The technician couldn't identify the exact issue and suggested replacing multiple parts, essentially all the electronics, costing over $3,000. This feels like fraud and extortion. The technician hasn't returned our calls with timelines. The administrative assistant informed us that all parts are on backorder, seriously!!!. Manager ****** **** also hasn't returned our messages. 1 starHorrific, unethical company. They want you to think they are local here in ********* (******** Air), but are based in **. This company sells service plans, and then does everything they can do to avoid having to come out and do the inspections that make up the plan. Excuse after excuse. Should be investigated by BBB. My stepfather was misled in a lease on a new system. As the executor of his estate, I am now obligated to clean up the mess. Coastal personnel cannot help, even though their company logo is all over the contract. They refer me to someone else, who even though polite, cannot help and suggest emailing someone else with appropriate papers which I have done twice. I have contacted Coastal several times now, in person and over the phone. This contract is not explained to customers that this is a lease and after 10 years you still don't own the equipment. My stepfather was in his eighties and nearly blind. Yet they have the nerve to display a Better Business Bureau plaque on their counter. This company needs to be investigated now. I am going to terminate the contract one way or another. Buyers are not interested in continuing this lease which will add a payment to the purchase of the family home. For those of you who got good service from this company, great. But I'm telling those who will listen, if you need to speak to someone about their advantage program, beware. Our Advantage Program pricing allows our customers to have peace of mind with continual maintenance support on our high efficiency top-of-the-line multi stage systems with one monthly payment. They sold me a $17,800 a/c unit and it loses communication often. The workmen tell me they get complaints about this unit all the time and the communication losses will continue to happen. They want ME to go in the attic each time to reset it or pay them $60 each visit to come and tell me there is nothing they can do to stop the problem. This morning I called for a repair person and then a manager and neither has called me back. Over the years we have spent tens of thousands of dollars on a/c units with this company who says they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee in writing. They repay us with no loyalty and literally just ignoring me because they do not want to talk about it. I have complained three times in the past but no help has been given. I am furious. I called the business number of the employee who sold us the unit and the message says his voice mail is not set up. Seriously?Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

No one ever called me back despite me leaving messages with the company to talk to a manager. I never got a response from this complaint. However, the ******* called my husband (even though I was leaving messages with my number) who we did not want disturbed at work. But, they always call him and not me no matter what message I leave. They finally came out and replaced the thermostat but not until the ac went out and we were without ac for two days. So far it seems to be working but it has been one day. Had two toilets backing up. Called Gordons at 9am on Sunday. They sent me an email and a text saying they would be out between 12-4:00. I called at 5pm and they checked and said they were held up on the previous call but worked until 8pm. I called again at 6:30pm and was told ALL OF THAT INFORMATION WAS A HUGE LIE!!!! Awful customer **********************, claimed part needed would take 2-4 weeks in middle of winter. Got 2nd opinion, they ordered part and fixed furnace same day. No compassion shown and very unprofessional response. Wouldnt let them diagnose a window fan, let alone fix itService Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

On the beginning of February we had a furnace inspection done my husband went to the basement with the tech,the man started pulling on a wire husband had to tell him to stop. If husband wasn't there we may have had a major repair rec'd no inspection sticker spoke to **** the following week said he would get one to us and as of February 27 we are still waiting for that sticker. My name is ******* we live in Buckeye and 2yrs ago we purchased a unit from a company that Orangutan bought out. Since working with this company we have had multiple techs come out to work on the same unit with no luck of fixing it every tech said it was something different. Last year during the summer out hours got up to 98 degrees. We had 3 grandchildren in the home two still in dippers as well as dogs who resided in the home. One of the techs proceeded to call the police and *** and complain to his manager that the house has a smell of dogs and p*** Cause a mess of problems for our home and since has refused to come out and replace the broken unit. I called today guaranteed a call back but no call back was given. They refused to take care of this problem and blamed us. Our unit is under warranty and claimed we had someone else work on the unit to try and void out the warranty. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. My wife is sick with lupus we will not survive an entire summer with a broken ac unit. I have asked to speak with the owner and nothing, managers do not care!!!
