  Please save yourself the headache and stress of using this companys financial services. From beginning to end, it was one bad experience after another with virtually zero internal and external communication, issue after issue, and poor management. No advising, poor follow through, and mistakes at every turn. I had other outside professionals helping guide me to do what Fisher was being paid to do and to actually advising both ****** and *********, my point people. I could provide a laundry list of complaints even up to ending services and being ignored for follow up with that. Not shocking at all, completely unprofessional, and lacking any accountability and leadership. Very sad and scary as I would hope that anyone in this business would know the importance of having integrity and a strong value system. Im telling you, I have never written a poor review in my life, and I do this now to try and save someone else who is deliberating using this firm to manage their investments. This behavior is not sustainable, so I am grateful I got out when I could. Run.

  Lost 28% in 14 months. Lied to us, mislead us. Didnt listen to what we wanted. We spent days with the representative to customize our portfolio then he did whatever he wanted to do. By the time we received the first statement we were down over 10% and it only got worse from there. Never talked to the original representative after the first couple days and was told what they had in the notes were opposite to what we told him.

  We have been using Fisher Investments for about 7 years. We have been very pleased with everything from our ROI, management of our portfolio, creating our financial plan, customer service and communications. We recommended that my wife's parents change advisors to Fisher. They did and have also been pleased with all of the above. We highly recommend Fisher Investments.

  Terrible financial advisor. Would NEVER do business with. I requested their booklet 18 months ago and now cannot be taken off their telemarketing list. Constant telephone calls from those people for the past 18 months. Each time they call I tell them take me off your call list and the calls never stop.

  Fisher is a fraud investment firm !!Fisher does not help you or customize anything, they just put you investment into enough stocks to confuse you so you have a hard time evaluating your return charging you the monthly fees so they make money no matter what. Fraud - We only make money when .... ya, whether or not you make money !!Fisher takes advantage of people and investment partners !!

  Be extremely careful when dealing with this company. They come across with a very hard sell, and when you tell them that you do not want to do business with him, they become insulting and condescending and extremely rude. All theyre trying to do is to get you to transfer your money to them. When you ask them for specific information on returns, they are extremely vague. Even if their performance was much better than other companies, such as Vanguard, or Fidelity, or ******, I would not give them my business on principle. If you do your research, you can do much better than Fisher Investments. Ive also heard stories where if you try to leave them once you open an account, they will become even more aggressive, and will not conduct transactions in your best interest. Theres nothing more than a middleman, and if you are an educated consumer, you can avoid this scam.

  It's been my personal experience (November 2021 thru September 2022) that Fisher Investment's really doesn't listen or do what's always in their clients best interest. They have a model they're going to follow (regardless of how much you make (OR LOSE), they still get paid, while basically being a glorified day trader with your money. I'm not sure where the term (Financial Advisor) should be equated into the picture when you're dealing with them. So bottom line: BURN THEIR MAILER'S, Don't take their calls and find somebody that's really is proactive & concerned as much as you are in your financial welfare. I gave them 0ne Star, because their wasn't a lower rating available.

  I have been trying to get my money from Fisher to another firm for a month!!! My new firm has been given the complete runaround. My new firm has been given one excuse after another that make absolutely no sense to any of us. The latest excuse was a "new guy" took over the account and didn't understand how to do the transfer and thought he wasn't able to do it. I think Fisher is in trouble and trying to hold on to every dime they're in charge of right now trying to look like they have more money than they really do since it's ***** but DO NOT trust them. They only reason a company doesn't want to give you what is yours is because they are trying to steal it. Be careful, readers.

  Your investments basically follow a global index. While my portfolio is very diversified, they do very little in terms of trades or position to make strategic changes to either improve performance or to minimize risks. It seems like they charge a significant management fee for very little actual portfolio management.
