I made use of an offer from these people for a free necklace. They sent me the necklace and 2 other items, all of very poor quality and no matter how hard I tried to contact them, I never got an address to make the return. Now they charge me 50 dollars for the 2 products that I did not return and according to them I can no longer return them because the trial period expired.Business response

I saw the add on a site. It said only Get A Free Necklace No obligation. It was the white gold plated clover necklace. Today I received not only the clover necklace, but earrings and another necklace, Which I never ordered! And the letter in the envelope said I have 25 days to enjoy them, if I keep them they will charge me USD 24 something each. I had them close my account but then they contacted me again and said the clover necklace was truly free (and it's the only thing I ordered from them!) So they want to charge me for two items I never ordered unless I pay to return them. This is a scam. I won't pay for something I did not order and will not pay for the return since I never ordered them. They will get a cent from me!Business response

I got it for my birthday it was a good deal but I got it for 29 plus n I tried it but after a month it made my neck turn green so I cancel it n in January they took 54.00 out of my social security I need my money this place still took money from me after I cancel this merchandise is terrible why are they operatingBusiness response

The reason you were charged even though you did cancel within the trial period is because we did not receive the two evaluation jewelry pieces within the required period after you canceled. On 1/2/2022 the business Nikola Valenti gave me an offer through the site Evite for free jewelry. I completed everything and all I had to pay for was shipping and handling. They strategically placed in the terms and conditions that this was a limited time offer and after 25 days my account would be charged. I never received an invoice or a follow up email explaining that I was getting extra jewelry to "try out." My bank account was then charged $49.98 from "NV Jewelry" on 02/26/2022. I reached out to them after I found out it was Nikola Valenti and told them there was no warning about this price and that I never received a receipt or any follow up email fully explaining their free trial.Business response

I sent for a trial jewelry packet where you could keep one free and if you didn't want to buy the other two pieces you were to send them back within 30 days. Well I sent my 2 back the same day i received them exactly how they said then canceled the program this was several months ago. This month this company took out of my social security disability check 49.98 and I'm ******.Business response

In early Nov 2021, I subscribed to Nikola Valenti's jewelry delivery service. They sent 2x pieces of jewelry to my house for a 30-day trial. I opened the package and immediately determined that the jewelry was of inferior quality and likely counterfeit. I returned the package to the merchant within 30 days so as to receive a refund as stipulated in the subscription requirements. I wrote my account number on the exterior of the package and used return-to-sender instructions to send the package back in the same envelope the merchant used. I also canceled my subscription on 11/1921 as evidenced in the photo. The merchant issued a charge to my credit card on 1/10/22, several months later. The merchant indicated they did not receive the mail and refused to issue a refund. I believe this company is not acting in good faith and does business by refusing to honor cancelations. I have just been charged £40 for something I didn't sign up to! I can now not pay my rent in full due to this! They are saying I ordered on two occasions and will be changed again in the future! Their website offers a free jewelry piece. I then received 3 pieces in the mail. Almost a month later (I believe 25 days later) I get a $50 charge on my card from the company. When I contacted them about it they said it was because I didn't return the jewelry and that I didn't cancel the trial and that they can't refund it. I didn't know at all I was signing up for a free trial because nowhere was it mentioned. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.Business response
