      I applied for work with this company under the email address ******************** I received an immediate email back saying that my scores were too low. I have never applied for this company before. I didn't take any exams for the scores to be low. I continued to ask what scores what's going on. Whoever was responding was very rude stating my scores for working for the company were low. Well what's scores? And I didn't take a test. I know my cell phone was lost/stolen but I doubt someone would be applying for a job with my social. Can this be fixed?? I am almost certain I have never applied for this company.

      The same complaint that I submitted others have submitted. I'm not an employee of this company. Did you not read the complaint?? Reread my complaint. How can I be an employee of the company if they told me that I can't be an employee because I already applied with them. I have not applied with this company. And if that's the case, why did you take the complaint from the other people but you're telling me you can't submit mine. ?

      This company is a 1099 contract type job so I not sure if anything can be done they are almost untouchable. But I feel people should know how this company operates, The gave me an offer for the first job which training was fine no issues but when it came time to select time slots to work there was issues from the very begininng I could never see the hours they claim they posted which means I could not work I brought this issue up several time and they told me follow the trouble shooting step in the knowledge guide for their company did but still there was no issue on my end and after reaching out in several emails and sending screen shots to my trainer she reached out to her manager she fixed something on the back end and I was still not able to get hours and then the project was over because it was seasonal job. So I said ok I will try again with The next job I choose which was a tax company I could not proceed with this due to a family emergency I notified them and received no response. Tried to access the system and they removed me talking about they offered me several job opportunities but I did not comply which was a lie it was only 2 jobs and the first one I could not work due to issues within their systems in which they admitted in an email they sent me. I feel like they get your hopes up on future job opportunities but when something goes wrong on their end no one takes responsibility. People be aware this company will not help you and does not take responsibility for anything dealing with their systems.

      We completely understand the frustration of experiencing technical issues. While technical difficulties may happen occasionally, independent contractors are expected to communicate when these issues happen. Our team did not receive any IT support requests, which allows us to help contractors resolve their technical problems.

      Unfortunately, due to a failure to complete technical setups for a second opportunity, this contractor's relationship with Working Solutions was terminated. In order to ensure smooth operations, prompt communication is necessary when something hinders a contractor's ability to meet the terms of their contracts.

      I am rejecting this response because:   They are outright lying. The issue was on their with the first job I was suppose to work for this company because they did not have me setup in the scheduling system correctly on the back and they admitted it I have emails below showing the issue was reported  and they still did nothing to fix it by the time they wanted to setup a webtech chat to fix it the seasonal benefed job was over I just want people to be aware of these liars and do not waist your time. At this point I don't care what they say because they will say and do anything because they can get away with it. But I have proof  of their BS and I just wanted this to be known you can't keep getting over on people and expect to thrive as company they will eventually crumble. The emails below are just one of a many I have showing how I tried to get the issue resolved. On top of that you can't even get in contact with corporate to discuss anything that says a lot about the bs company I am done.

      I requested that my file be corrected in a fair and timely manner. When I applied for work, a technical error prevented me from securing hours, even though I consistently checked the posted times. I then requested that my account be reactivated so I could apply for a new contract and resolve the issues.However, the response I received was unsatisfactory and unprofessional. It was a generic reply indicating no intention to address or fix the issues. I am simply requesting that my account be corrected so I can move forward. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude.This behavior is highly unprofessional, and I advise others to be cautious of this company, which fails to rectify technical errors on their end and does not provide adequate customer service.

      There was no test, it didn't even prompt. This is inaccurate and someone should investigate this fraudulent action. You can only take 1 test that applies to any and all programs. Doesn't sound professional as humans aren't measured once. Sounds like they don't follow EEO laws.

      I getting a little discouraged about this company I applied for 3 different clients and my friend applied for 1 cause I told her about this company. How do all the classes get filled up but my friend got accepted into the one we both filled the application out together? I am so confused. Aint no way that my application can just easily get pushed to the side and Im getting emails from all three clients saying the class got filled up.

      When I signed the Independent Contract with Working Solutions to work for Turbo Tax as an independent contractor, I understood that there would be a $25 onetime fee (for vague reasons that older contractors never had to pay before our new team) and that there was a $100 stipend with Turbo Tax if you completed the nine-day training from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and worked 200 hours.However, nowhere in this contract did it say anything about working two hours with the public and doing FREE public work. The trainer ******************* justified this as OK to do because it was during "training" hours, but that's bypassing training. That's REAL work, not webinars and learning how to use the system.I refused to do two hours of unpaid work for Turbo Tax even if the other 70 were willing to do it. That's 140 hours that Turbo Tax gets to skip out on paying for and money in Working Solutions' pocket. I was offered the chance to just sit in a breakroom for two hours and NOT help other trainees, but that made zero sense. If the ultimatum to get the $100 was to ban me from helping them (meaning ******************* requiring that I stay on mute and neither talk nor chat AT ALL), then they were basically forcing me to be a slacker.And now I'm blocked out of the email address I was using ************************** but oddly not blocked from Vyne. Still, when I asked about an alternate program since I couldn't agree to their ultimatum with Turbo Tax, the HR department and the placement consultant ************************************* have gone completely silent for a week. Even trying to update my personal email address got no response other than a Service Ticket person saying I had to re-submit it. I'm left to believe that they're not only blocking me from trying other programs to earn the time I lost for nine days WITHOUT KNOWING unpaid, public work was a requirement. I want my $100. If I had seen the two hours of UNPAID, public work in the contract, I would have never spent eight days training for Turbo Tax.

      I am rejecting this response because there are inaccuracies throughout: 

      1. You said: "The final step of our process is handling 2 hours of ****** calls' where you help out each other in handling any customer inquiry."

      I say: Nowhere in the contract does it say that trainees would be working with the PUBLIC and doing work that they would normally be making anywhere $0.25 to $0.30 per minute for "training." That is the equivalent of telling somebody to "train" to cook food while they're actually serving customers. It is no longer training. It's 75 people doing free work for two hours while Working Solutions only pays them $100 for NINE DAYS and 54 hours of training. If this is something your company has been doing for years, it should be CLEARLY stated in the contract we signed from the very beginning, not an afterthought on Day 9 of an agenda once we've already gotten all the equipment and completed eight other days worth of training.

      2. You said: Our Education leadership listened to your concern and offered to simply have you observe the two hours of ***** calls (instead of participating in them) in order to complete your education. You agreed to that compromise.

      I say: I did NOT agree to that nor did I think it was a "compromise." Your trainees were requiring that I stay completely silent and NOT help on the ***** calls. I very specifically said I would not actually take the calls. The ultimatum was that I sat on the calls for two hours with other trainees, without explanation, and just listen to them. 

      3. You said: In an email from you dated April 5, 2024, you voluntarily removed yourself from this program.

      I say: I voluntarily opted out of sitting silently on a call. I never said I quit Turbo Tax and Working Solutions altogether. Working Solutions removing me from that email doesn't mean I didn't bcc: myself to my personal email address. I know EXACTLY what I said. I printed out those emails and bcc:ed the ones I didn't. 

      4.  You said: You stated in that email that you didn't know if removing yourself from the program automatically meant that you would be "kicked out" of Working Solutions entirely.

      I say: Referring me to a letter for future programs was vague. At no point did I receive an actual response to whether I was removed. This could've easily been resolved by actually telling me, "Hey, if you don't work for two free hours with no pay and stay silent on the calls without other trainees knowing why, we will block you from the Working Solutions email address but we will keep you in the Vyne program. We will also ignore your request for a change in email, and we will ignore you for two weeks when you ask about alternate opportunities."

      That is exactly what ended up happening. And even this response is vague on what happens when you choose to not do free work. If the letter and the contract conveniently omitted two hours of free work for no pay, I don't expect that letter nor the contract to explain what happens when you choose to not do the free work. Now I know.

The live two-hour call is nowhere in the original two contracts nor explained on the first day of class when MULTIPLE people kept asking what is free and what is paid. I opted out of doing live, public work that was NOT in the contract because I feel it is illegal to add on to something not specified in the contract. I have asked for legal advice regarding this because you are bypassing what an intern is even required to do. I want the $100 I earned for doing EXACTLY what was in the contract.

      Dear *** or Madam,I am writing to express my concern about the illegal pay and contractual hours of my work-from-home contract position with Working Solutions.I was hired by Working Solutions in November of 2023 as a work-from-home contract worker. I was promised a stipend of $225.00 for the completion of my two-week training and the passing of my certification course. I met those requirements and was promised a minimum of 20 hours to work for one of their clients. I have been consistently underpaid and the hours are not available enough to make a living on.I have been paid less than the promised salary as per our contractual agreement.I have tried to address these issues with my supervisor, but he has been unresponsive. I am writing to you because I believe that Working Solutions is violating federal labor laws.I am requesting that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action. I would also like to be compensated for the wages that I have been underpaid. I am shocked and disappointed that the company would treat me this way.       The complainant accepted a contract to work as a self-employed independent contractor with Working Solutions.  The contract (attached) provides a $225 stipend upon providing 20 hours of work. This stipend is separate from the contractual pay rate, which pays per minute worked. The contract does not guarantee any specific number of hours, as contractors choose their own schedules each week from the time available to work.

      The complainant started working on November 3rd,2023.  She worked 1.9 hours on 11/3, and an additional 4.7 hours on 11/6 for a total of just over 6 hours worked. 

      Invoices are paid twice monthly, following the invoice cycles of 1st 15th and 16th end of month.  At the end of the invoice cycle, contractors are provided a summary of hours worked and pay earned.  The first invoice cycle in which the complainant worked has yet to end.

      Per the contract (attached), the contractor may invoice for the $225 stipend at the end of the invoice cycle in which 20 total hours have been achieved. The complainant ended her contract after only working the 6 hours mentioned above. She will be paid for the 6 hours worked, at the end of her invoice cycle.

      When contacted to provide an explanation, the complainant declined the discussion stating,'Sorry, but I am not interested in what you have to say...I am done.'

      All of our procedures are compliant with federal labor laws. We value the community of independent contractors whom we work with. We are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices as well as open communication with contractors.

      I am rejecting this response because: On November 14th, after that email conversation with the Director of Working Solutions, I was surprised to discover that I was unable to access my account, and the reason for this lockout remains unclear to me. I believe in the importance of maintaining transparent communication between the company and its clients. I understand that security measures are in place to protect user accounts, and I appreciate the efforts taken to ensure the safety of personal information. However, the lack of information's regarding the cause of my account lockout has left me feeling frustrated and concerned. So now I won't be able to receive my pay that is due to me. Furthermore, I've hired an attorney, who'd advised me to not further comment on this matter, as litigation is still pending with Working Solutions.

She thereby ended her contract and her access was suspended as we had no reason to believe she would be returning. This is standard protocol.

      Working Solutions is a contracting agency I have been working with since last year. I signed up to work a contract to take calls for * ***** *** ***. Class started April 21, 2023.......... PLEASE SEE ATTACHED

      We are sorry that this system issue has prevented you from continuing with ****.?We reached out last week to provide clarification and address some of your concerns. We hope that you are able to resolve these issues, so that if you are interested, we can add you to an upcoming roster for this program.  

      As advised last week, contractors cannot be in an **** class without full access to their systems and ****** is one of those.  
      Let us explain our recommendations a bit more so you can take action. 
      We suggested meeting with a local technician because you have multiple 3rd party antivirus packages on your PC (“Kaspersky Security Cloud” and “Watchguard EPP”).? It is very likely that these are causing your inability to connect to ******.?We've attached your tech scan results for reference.

      If you are paying for these programs, a local technician can help you to change settings to allow access to ******.? You may also need to contact the software company’s support for further assistance. 


      If you are not paying for these programs, then a local technician can assist you with removing the software. 

      We suggested contacting your ISP because you have Comcast and they are well-known for locking down LAN ports (not actual, physical plug-ins on your computer, but software ports) and that can impact a person’s ability to access certain sites.? You can let Comcast know that you are attempting to access the ****** website (***************************************************************) but getting the error message that the “Site cannot be reached”.? This is unique to you and can be caused by a locked down port.?Since all others in class are able to get to the site, it’s possible it’s related to Comcast. 


      We understand you are frustrated about spending so much time getting ready for class and not being able to continue.? We sincerely hope you can use the information above to get your machine ready for another class.? Please contact us if you have questions about this information.

Unfortunately that makes us vulnerable to scammers, and there are many out there. We have blogs and warnings on our site since we hear about these on a regular basis; and have been able to do nothing to get them stopped. They use multiple identities, in multiple countries and we have had no luck with facebook, telegram etc removing them since they just pop up with another name and use our company name. When you approached through facebook message or group it is almost always a scam. We get emails, chats, calls weekly about these going on. This has been happening more and more and we just try and warn people as much as possible. As I said we never ask for personal or financial information or use those platforms. We have a company page and do posts on facebook but they link people back to our site: jobs.workingsolutions.com. We never conduct interviews through texting. Sorry this happened to you.
