    I was supposed to move into ********* in late July, however it was not ready on the original date due to a construction issue. I decided not to move in at the later date proposed because my lease was up elsewhere. Monies given to Creekside were to be returned to me via mail. Several weeks have gone by and nothing has been returned as stated. Each time that I phone in, I'm given a new excuse or someone higher than the person answering is to return my call but to no avail, no one returns my call. I'd like my refund.

    Landmark at ******* has been a very horribly customer experience. My wife and I never was late on our rent. We made sure we communicated issues via email. We are still trying to get payment plan information from the local management team. We have sent emails to regionals, the property manager that was there. *******, is no longer there. So, we are having to deal with others. That do not know the promises that were made. The persons in place now, are rude, condescending, and really dont care. I need responses to the promises that were given. I have the emails to support. I need a member of the regional management team to contact me back after investigating the lack of support, and assistance we have experienced. Poor customer service does not accurately describe what we have experienced. People trying to rush us off the phone, because they dont want to deal with the issue. I have left ****** reviews. I have moved to this step to make sure my voice is heard. I have excellent rental history. I would love to make sure it stays that way.

    Good morning,

    Th complaint submitted by the consumer is related to a different business.  Landmark Management Group is a debt resolution and services organization that does not provide nor own any apartment or residential properties.  The consumer is referencing an apartment complex call Landmark at *******, which is owned by Landmark Management Partners, a different company.  If you could please remove the complaint and direct it towards the proper company, it would be greatly appreciated.

    **************** is speaking about a different company that is not related to us. Our name is Landmark Management Group, LLC. **************** is referring to a completely different company and listed our name in error. We do not transact business with any individual consumers. At this point, as we have not had any dealings with ****************, there is nothing further we can do. Thank you.
