    I scheduled a move with ******************************* for pick up between 8-9am on July 1. I received a contract and gave $190.00 deposit. I was told I would receive a call on June 29th or 30th to confirm. When the call never came I call ****** who I had set up the move with. The fist time I called he picked up and said someone would be calling later that day. (30th) At 6pm I attempted to call ****** again and there was no answer to my call or text. On Monday morning, the date of the move I got a text that just said no worries that someone would be there. No one came between 8:00 and 9:30. ****** wasnt answering texts or calls so I called the corporate number and spoke to someone who told me that they would be there in an hour.again noone showed. Finally got ahold of ****** again who said hed have dispatch call ****** called and asked if they could pick up the next day. I explained that that would not workthen he asked about later in the day and I explained that my Mom was moving to an assisted living facility and there was a move in window that ended and 3pm the dispatch person said that is not my problem. I then texted ****** and asked for my deposit to be returned. The response was that it was move day and unfortunately they werent able to give a refund at that point. I texted again asking for the refund and listed all the reasons why they never showed up, poor communication, etc. No response. I later called and got through to ****** again who said he would need to speak to Dispatch about a refund and that he would get back to me. He never did. I plan to dispute with my credit card company but cant believe that they wont refund my deposit when they didnt even show up for the job.

    The crew was amazing, but before we even met them, the owner came to our home and walked through everything with us. We received a quote that same day. The crew arrived on time. They disassembled and thoroughly prepared the furniture by wrapping it to ensure it would not get damaged. They were very polite, covered the floors and the front door to prevent damage. ****** was crew lead. He answered our questions and took care of all the details. They cleaned everything up. Delivery to the new house was on time. The crew worked diligently to get everything reassembled and in its place. I would hire All Star again without question. On a side note, we moved the day of the eclipse. It was a blast sharing that with these guys.
